I have never written a review in my life. But this experience with this app was so underwhelming for the amount of effort they put into advertising. First off the shipping was horrible. It took almost 3 weeks to get my package and I wasn’t aware that there was a delay in getting package until I reached out to them. Now to return multiple items, the process is once again difficult. I had to reach out because their site won’t let me return the items conveniently, so a rep responded and expects me to do the work of letting her the items I am returning. This service is worst then Shein but they are trying to charge Zara prices. Are you kidding me?

Oh my god, please be careful when shopping online and you decide to return your clothes, not only is that return policy weird, they take forever to refund and I still have not received a refund on an order I’ve sent my package almost a month ago. Instead of a quick return request they want you to email them, and then they send an email back with the weirdest request.
Also they’re clothes aren’t that good, waste your money somewhere better!

Have been trying to put in for a return request for weeks now MICAS won’t do it and reached out to customer service several times have not gotten a reply back since so I’m assuming if you get the clothing after waiting three weeks to receive it if it doesn’t fit, you’re stuck with it!!! will never ever order from here again and please don’t comment to customer service because I have done so several times! And they haven’t reached back out!!

There is absolutely no reason why my order shipped out two weeks from my purchase date even with general shipping. It is not clearly communicated and when I reach out to customer service it took them a week to respond. All they said was that one piece of clothing was out of stock, which makes no sense. I will not shop from this site anymore. I will advise anyone to purchase elsewhere or purchase a month in advance at least.

Share my experience with this app was not as good because I expected the material to have more thickness but it was thin and see through which was horrible. On top of that the return policy is disgraceful because it doesn’t allow me to input my order number and email because it says it can’t be found but I got it delivered and have an email of the info! Overall, the clothes appearance is nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for their price and clothes fabric.
But the shipping was fast, but can you work in the return policy please it for my birthday event that coming up in a few weeks! Thank you

I loveeee this brand ! Half of my closet is this app but MICAS definitely needs a face lift. I’ve saved probably so many items & every time I go back to MICAS my list is wiped & I have to search for them again! Because shipping takes so long I like to save my items & order one big order. If they would remember my favorites it would make that a lot easier !! Please fix ♡

I decided to request a return through MICAS , and the whole process was super simple—just a click on the order page to apply, and the system guided me through the necessary steps.

After submitting my request, I quickly received a response from customer service, who answered my questions and provided detailed return instructions. I followed the instructions to send the jacket back, and just a few days later, I received the replacement in the new size. The whole process was hassle-free, and the customer service was very friendly, which greatly boosted my trust in the brand.

My sister said that MICAS has been updated recently. There are many products with greater discounts in MICAS , which is more cost-effective than buying on the official website.
