I ordered two pairs of pants (Order #1325436) on June 16th. It is now June 29th and I still not have received my order or any mention of when it will arrive. I want the pants for a vacation and hope they will arrive soon. Please let me know when they will arrive.
Subpar experience for the price

I have never written a review in my life. But this experience with Micas was so underwhelming for the amount of effort they put into advertising. First off the shipping was horrible. It took almost 3 weeks to get my package and I wasn’t aware that there was a delay in getting package until I reached out to them. Now to return multiple items, the process is once again difficult. I had to reach out because their site won’t let me return the items conveniently, so a rep responded and expects me to do the work of letting her the items I am returning. This service is worst then Shein but they are trying to charge Zara prices. Are you kidding me?

Share my experience with Micas was not as good because I expected the material to have more thickness but it was thin and see through which was horrible. On top of that the return policy is disgraceful because it doesn’t allow me to input my order number and email because it says it can’t be found but I got it delivered and have an email of the info! Overall, the clothes appearance is nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for their price and clothes fabric.
But the shipping was fast, but can you work in the return policy please it for my birthday event that coming up in a few weeks! Thank you
Shipping takes forever, horrible customer service

There is absolutely no reason why my order shipped out two weeks from my purchase date even with general shipping. It is not clearly communicated and when I reach out to customer service it took them a week to respond. All they said was that one piece of clothing was out of stock, which makes no sense. I will not shop from this site anymore. I will advise anyone to purchase elsewhere or purchase a month in advance at least.
