I really like shopping with this app but if you’re in the US, save yourself some time and just use the website. Everytime you click on something, an ad pops up. And you have to wait 5 seconds just to close it back up only for another one to pop up a few seconds later. I thought Primark will be more convenient than the website but I’d just stick with website and save some time.

I was excited to download Primark and do some online shopping. Unfortunately, my shopping is interrupted every 10 seconds with an ad (most you have to wait until you’re able to skip). Horrible shopping experience. I immediately deleted Primark and will not be shopping here anymore. I don’t understand the thought process.. lost a customer!

I can’t shop in this online store because of ADDS i hate it so i just deleted. Adds comes up every 10 seconds and you have to wait 15 seconds and just watch this horrible adds.

I wanted to like Primark because I’m a shopper. There are to many commercials! It makes no sense and what is the purpose of interrupting a shoppers experience? You can’t complete one action without an interruption of a commercial & that’s silly to me I’m no longer interested in using Primark. SMH

I have never used a clothing buying app with ads… until now. It is expected to see ads on a free game app but when I’m on your app trying to buy clothes.. and give you my money…. And you block me out by showing me an ad like every 10 seconds, there is nothing I want more than to get out of your app and not buy your clothes. Feels counter productive for you to interrupt your consumers buying experience. You lost my business for sure.

The selection at this app is horrible, it advertises merchandise on the website, but always tell you it’s not available at the location that you are looking for. The website has too many ads, it horrible , if I could give it a 0 star I would.

I love this app, I always visit when I go to my local mall but Primark is filled with ads. Even when I was trying to make an account I was hit with about 3 ads, it ended up taking me to a white screen causing me to restart my registration process. I really do love this store but couldn’t find many things I liked when I recently visited and hoped to find something on Primark but the amount of ads makes this very difficult.

Ridiculous amount of ads. I completely understand that the ads are going to be there for any app but it’s so excessive that it completely takes away from you being able to shop. I’m actually going to delete Primark .

I’m a fan of this app. I was visiting there store in sawgrass mall florida .
There fabric is a good quality, 100% Cotten on some of clothes.
Most styles are true to size. Some runs a bit bigger , some runs small.
I also find out, that some clothes are shrinking in the dryer.
Not a-lot of options for plain shirts girls age 10-14. Even though I will still continue buying clothes their. They are good quality cloth with cheap prices. Some time better then Walmart. Hope they will open this app in Georgia USA .

Just don’t wanna out of store once I am in, variety of choices with affordable and undeniable quality

I love prime mark!!! Most of my children’s clothes are from prime mark excellent quality. Would definitely recommend!

Works easily and I love that I can choose my location. Primark is set fairly simple and easy to navigate but the one issue are the ads that pop up and stop my music. Otherwise app works great

The prices are so affordable and the clothes are so cute I got matching pj sets with my friends and they only cost use like 6 dollars. Love this app and would definitely recommend

This store has about everything for birthday gifts , valentines gifts, Christmas ect. I will say this store is the best to shop for our kids, they have the cutest outfits for all weather, and all for a great price!! Literally my favorite store, if i could i would buy the whole store🤣

I bought a pair of fluffy slippers here not too long ago and they are HANDS DOWN the best pair of slippers I’ve purchased. So comfortable, durable, and cute. I had to go back to this app and buy another pair for my mom. They make a great gift as well. Love love love

They really do have lots of options to choose from online. I like the clothes from this app but there isn’t one near me so Primark brings convenience to me. Not sure why there isn't more people using it but they should.
