I downloaded NexusTours for my upcoming trip and every time I click on transfers or anything it redirects me to download NexusTours although I’m on NexusTours

App can’t pull up my reservation no matter what I enter. At least I have an email confirmation of the reservation and payment.
App doesn’t work to book excursions

You can’t update your reservations on NexusTours if changes arrive. You need to contact and agent to do so. You can never reach an agent, via NexusTours or by calling direct. Zero customer service availability.
