We booked the "upgrade" transfer from our hotel to airport for Sun. April 12th from Riu Yucatan to Cancun airport. Jorge Martin assured us that this was from our hotel to the airport. Shuttle was no show and then we found out that he had made our hotel the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda which is 32 km. from the Riu Yucatan. No time to get there - scrambled for a taxi and caused great stress and anxiety about making our flight. Awful experience. Requesting a refund of the $50 US for this no show experience.

I downloaded the app for my upcoming trip and every time I click on transfers or anything it redirects me to download the app although I’m on the app

App can’t pull up my reservation no matter what I enter. At least I have an email confirmation of the reservation and payment.
