I will start by saying my mother is the one who had issues with MiniShorts and she’s not the best with technology, but what happened is ridiculous. She liked MiniShorts for a little while a few months ago and then stopped using it. She bought few episodes, BUT THATS IT. Recently she realized that they have been charging her $16 something every week for something she never even subscribed to!! We take care of my grandmother with dementia so we have a lot of bills to sort through hence why it took her so long to catch it. By the time she caught it they had already taken over $200!
I tried to contact Google multiple times for a refund. At first they were helpful then said they couldn’t do anything else after one refund for $16. I’ve tried to contact the developer multiple times now and NO RESPONSE. This is the worst app I’ve ever dealt with and I hope they don’t screw anyone else over like they did us.

Very difficult to get points to keep watching short clips of movies. I was going to delete MiniShorts but decided to spend $20 for watch it. Very expensive. Not sure if I’m keeping MiniShorts

Once you see 2 or 3 storylines, they all become the same story with a different actor and 1 or 2 different twist.

Not only does MiniShorts get you reeled in to the story about 20 short stories from the end they either try to make you pay an enormous amt to finish out or you have to watch 2-3 day of ads to get maybe 1 short story which in general will take about 3 weeks to finish if you don’t pay.

FYI, I’ve noticed that there are many of these apps that have the same story line with different names that don’t bamboozle you to tray and make you pay to get the ending of the story. MiniShorts will be deleted and I will keep and support the ones that have fair play time and allow you to complete the story. I don’t mind the ads it’s like watching regular tv. They get paid either way, but don’t waste your time unless you plan on spending more than you pay for real movies and streaming services.

I don’t mind the ads that way they still get paid, how ever just like their short films you will not bully me into paying when several other better apps allow you to actually finish a story line (the same story different name on some) and not waste my time trying to watch the end of a story a month later.

Had MiniShorts on my phone for all of five minutes.

Constantly: No Internet Connection.

Did all the normal tech steps. Turned off and back on. Turned WiFi off and back on. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

MiniShorts needs serious help if this is the first thing people are greeted with when attempting to even launch it. Glad I never dropped any money for this.

Im not one to leave reviews but MiniShorts is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for 500 coins thinking I’d get through a handful of these little episodes rather I got through TWO episodes that literally took a minute to watch. Absolutely outrageous. 51 chapters in this short why not take it done to 25 chapters and have longer chapters for the price? If I could give 0 stars I would have. 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND.

The less than one hour short can cost you about $100 dollars. You can watch 9 films with better acting and they are about two-three hours. Not sure why they charge so much, unless they are paying the actors tons of money. You will a less than a one minute video a day and half of the minute is a repeat of the following video. You are watching 5 minute ads for basically 30 seconds of a video. If you don’t want to pay it will take over a month to see a short. They need to do better.

Absolutely awful app. 2 free episodes and no subscription option. No thanks. There are better ones I’ll stick too

First of all you need so much money to go through one story!!! Thirty dollars maybe will get you quarter of the story or half way. But the worse I experienced that some stories had no ending and finished half way. WTH! Better stick with drama box because they unlimited movie have subscription option

So MiniShorts will give you about free 2 episodes a day while other apps gives you 7-8, and even if you watch the ten ads a day they will take them away from you at one point so you can’t finish the story without paying, that was the 2nd time they do that, while other apps let you finish the story with just watching ads everyday. MiniShorts is trash. Don’t recommend it unless you are willing to pay but the amount of coins you have to use per episode is was to much 60 and up , other apps is just 5 coins per episode. MiniShorts is trash. Money hungry.

!!!!!you will NEVER finish a story line!!!!!!!
started out like other apps in the same category BUT then i noticed that auto episodes turns itself on, after you get through the misery of commercials to get credits to watch it defaults to the episode that was already unlocked and tell you you don’t have enough for the next one. After wasting all this time in watching junk to get credits to view the story they stop offering that option and WANT MONEY to finish the rest of the lock episodes and still defaults to previous unlocked episodes which IMO is robbing you off credit paid for.

I've tried a couple of these short format video storytelling apps, and they are all the same. A young couple (call them Sue and John) feels immediate attraction, but there is family or business interference that complicates things. They struggle to get or stay together (John fights within himself, too, given Sue's -apparent- poverty or awful family) but then the real bad guy shows up: the guy's mother (Mom) or a former girlfriend (Abigail) or Sue's stepsister (Joy). These characters are physically perfect, dressed to the nines, spoiled, entitled; Abigail and Joy hate Sue and are determined to destroy her, and to win the man in the process. A snarling Mom with a butcher knife? Sure. Mom is will save her son and family from this unworthy wretch. These women are so extreme, so nasty, mean, scheming, heartless, cruel toward Sue (kind, responsible, intelligent) that I had to laugh, quite often at the absurd over acting. Abigail sneers, insults Sue in every way, flirts openly with John, cheats, steals; brags when she scores a point. John is a busy guy it takes him most of the story to fully realize what's going on. The only reason to listen to the end is to hear Abigail or Eveil Mom get what they deserve. The romance is a given; the revenge is what intrigues.

While the stories are fun the episodes are too short and too expensive. Daily rewards are a joke, I’ve been stuck on day one for weeks. It keeps says check in tomorrow, and half the time the ads to watch for vouchers aren’t available.

OMG can I not have one day to collect my 10 free episodes? I can’t even finish the other story, not even with coins?
The ads come up then I have to close everything and try again, sometimes it’s 5 ads before I get one episode!
I am going to try one more week and if things are still the same I will not watch your short stories anymore.
Tell me why it takes 100 episodes when they just argue with just really nonsense rambling before they get to the point??
Too expensive to buy coins

I downloaded over a week ago, I started watching one short and ever since I have not been able to watch anything on MiniShorts . It tells me no internet, despite the fact that I am fully connected to the internet. All my other short apps works just fine, but this one won’t even let me check in for points or see the content to watch anything. I hope it is fixed soon because I haven’t finished the short I started watching.

I can’t believe how much one episode costs you only get two free episodes and you have to pay 55 coins to unlock the next one and you can’t even get but maybe one episode unlocked in one day if you can’t afford it with the things you can do to earn coins. 500 coins is $5 so you will be spending a lot of money on MiniShorts just to get through one story. And by the looks of other reviews the cost of the episodes go up each time.. so you’d end up spending a lot more than 5 dollars if you actually wanna finish the story. Because there are tons of episodes. The one I wanna see specifically has 52 episodes. I will never get to see it because of how expensive it is. I’m a mom and got kids to take care of I don’t have the extra money to spend that much on one story. 2000 coins is $100 and that might get me through one story but idk cause idk how much the episodes may go up in cost each time. So I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. At least other apps have a ton of ways to make coins and there episodes are like 5 coins each to unlock.

I just purchased the weekly subscription, watch a few episodes and they said that I ran out of coins. Even though on my account it clearly says my subscription doesn’t expire for a week. I contacted support and no one is getting back to me and it’s wasting my subscription time. Don’t even bother. Other sites are a lot more accommodating. If I can give zero stars I would.

So I tried out their weekly subscription and it wasn’t even enough coins to let me watch even half a series. Lame. DramaBox is better with a yearly subscription that lets u watch unlimited videos. MiniShorts is just too much money. It’s cheaper to buy regular movies than to buy these shorts. It just doesn’t make sense.

I think maybe the story is might be good but if it’s 90 vouchers for one episode and you can only earn about 80 a day and you can’t just watch one ad and get an episode you’re not really getting any content. I will say that the price for a weekly subscription is cheaper than some of the other apps I’ve seen. I am not willing to have this ad heavy with little return on the investment of time. I do love the short dramas and this content seemed interesting enough to have me download MiniShorts . Unfortunately, the cost of MiniShorts is just way too high. And I’ve seen enough dramas to know that it’s not worth my time

The stories might possibly be good but it would take too long to find out because unlike other shorts app it doesn’t give the option of watching adds to unlock episodes. It only allows you to watch add to get vouchers and because of how expensive the episodes are you’ll roughly end up watching only 1 episode per day or if the price increases you probably won’t be able to even watch an episode a day. In a sense, it seems like it’s forcing you to buy coins and not everyone can do that.

Much more expensive than other apps. I thought I would try MiniShorts to see if the writing was better than some of the other apps but it was almost double the cost of other app so I will be deleting MiniShorts .

I honestly love the shows on MiniShorts but the shorts are too short a good 30mins i feel like would be better it feels like I paid into a show that will only give me a few seconds of a whole day I am very displeased on how much the ticket prices go up for each episode. There should be no way where an episode is 55 vouchers and I paid for subscription that will allow me 215 vouchers every single day just to watch a few clips it’s just very unfair for the consumer and I don’t think that this is going to stand for a really long time not to mention for those who don’t pay into the subscription and getting farther along into the clips it’s gonna take a non-subscription person way longer just to finish a show if they do keep up with it doing the check-in and ads every single day just to finish the one episode

It is crazy. I wanted to try MiniShorts so I paid 9.99 then another 8.99 so $19 later I still have not completed one show. So one show show costs more that $20 which is unreal. I refuse to pay more money so I won’t be able to see the conclusion. This is not cost effective or worth it. Do Not Buy

You only have the option to watch ads once, other platforms prompt you once a video is done to see if you want to earn additional for watching an individual episode. Without buying coins you can only watch 2-3 one-minute episodes a day. Other apps allow you to watch 5 additional episodes by watching ads once your initial coins run out.

App keeps crashing . Says I’m losing service but my WiFi is working fine and my data has full bars so idk. Can’t even get passed 2 episodes without a crash. Such a pity .

Why do you all let the victim suffer so much and then the last few episodes the truth comes out. You can tell what’s going to happen from the obvious when she dropped the necklace. Why can’t you write a story with a strong victim instead of her been abused by the family. So many of your stores are showing women been abused.

For some reason my coin balance never adds up correctly. I had 700 coins left from a previous series and after watching 4 episodes of a new one it requested that I pay for more again with a balance of only31 coins , doesn’t add up and this isn’t the first time. You need to provide a weekly subscription that gives unlimited access to all series, many people will delete MiniShorts especially with it being so pricey.

Pro: The stories are great and could honestly be on tv for the quality that they are.
Con: MiniShorts is expensive! You don’t get daily refreshes on MiniShorts benefits many other of these applications, so every single episode has to be paid for. One episode is like 70 vouchers and the vouchers you can purchase don’t equal enough to get the full extent of each short. The only way you can watch for free is by checking in and watching 5+ adds for a single free short. Daily refreshes would make MiniShorts so much better and more enjoyable for people that don’t want to add yet another subscription to their list.

I like MiniShorts but I think there asking too much money I rather pay a monthly subscription then pay $15 for a week and can’t even finished a 103 short episodes. I did the $15 for a week plus like another $60 for ONE show like seriously. Make it make sense. I would love to have like a $20 a month subscription if not don’t waste your money on here

95 coins for one episode that’s like 2 minutes max long is absurd. Especially when you start out with zero and the daily reward was 5

They are great stories in the short reels but it becomes costly after a certain point even when you buy the packages they will end before you get to the very end of the story which means you have to purchase more coins so that I cannot give you five stars.

Is pretty good after MiniShorts I give it a 3 1/2 if that but at the same time I probably would want more time in the Coin is a bit pricey trying to watch the screen. It gives me, but it gives me to the second time when I go to swipe my card, I really don’t want it anymore

I just downloaded MiniShorts and pay for the week subscription and work but somehow just won’t let me watch until I pay again. Please fix it. I pay today and it won’t work same day.

Stories are great. But when two minutes cost over 150 coins. It’s not worth the price. More that $50 for one is ridiculous. I wouldn’t spend that much on a season of tv shows!

Engaging characters and average prices

Many times the videos don’t load appropriately and take a lot of time to play; need work on quality playback. There are Chinese dramas not available on other apps which is why I still have this app. I don’t mind subtitles, but sometimes the subtitles don’t make sense with the story line, so I am not certain if the translation is correct.

The prices are so high to watch one video and then you don’t get ads to watch the video like other apps and that something you should take into consideration cause to buy and you can’t watch off all the episodes are crazy may just delete and never watch again or download again but the show choice are great

Everything is great, except the cost. Either they need to give more coin for the money or charge less coin for the episodes. Total cost is way way to expensive.

I said 5 star because it good and fun to watch every single episode of the show and I said I love it and I love it so much and I love the way they talk and I like it I love you too and I’m glad that you’re enjoying your day

It’s good

MiniShorts has great stories and the acting is better than most apps I watch. My only problem is once your get half way through a series your daily ad bonus are decrease to two or three maybe even none. This makes I’d hard to complete a series in a timely manner.

While there are some good stories in MiniShorts, the developers DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD. They WILL NOT give you your daily rewards, nor do they give you check in vouchers every day.
One more thing - BEWARE of the AUTO PLAY- they’ve hidden that function- it’s the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner- but you have to know where to look.

I was in episode 3 of cover story when it asked me to pay and I was really into it so please make it all free(it is great also I would add a search bar)

Don’t like how I have to pay to watch all the episodes. The rewards you can receive are only enough to watch one episode.

I’ve seen many of them just one you have to watch them all they have been great to me

MiniShorts is amazing but the only problem is that they have lots of ads. You can watch lots of different story and really get into it, ig on of my top 3 apps I like so I happily recommend you check it out.

Good story but high cost of coins

This is one of the best apps I have used to watch these series, and believe me I have a lot of these types of apps. You should get it and before each episode it warns you what it has in it so you now if you want you or your kids to watch it.

These are great just wish you could play a game or something to unlock a few episodes at a time instead of paying for so many.

I’m a little disappointed that I have to exorbitant amount of money to enjoy it. I think the prices are a little steep. I do like the stories though.

Please bring back the 10 ads per day why would y’all take that away. Then the rewards were also shorten and you don’t give that much.

The stories presented gets you hooked up from start to finish. New stories every time with different plots and twists and keeps you entertained all throughout. It makes you excited to watch more episodes and new series every time!

I love the stories & the episodes are a bit longer than others.

I love it. A lot of these movies are the same they just change actors! It makes me so upset I paid all this money just to realize I already saw that movie. This movie was awesome I haven't seen this one before. Thanks, I hope y'all kept making new movies

I’m not going to lie these are the best short mini movies ever!! They are the best I enjoy watching them! They always end a episode that just wants you to know what happened next. I just wish all of them were free tho cuz once’s the coins are done you have to buy them.

This is super awesome and cute. I love the children playing in this video and playing these roles. I just wish that the extra 10 ads that are offered at the end of the episode would go through all 10 ads instead of only giving 5-7 ads. Other than that, it’s a really great video, and book. Love 💕 it.

This site has great movies to watch and you can actually get a lot for free simply from watching the ads however if you want to pay and get their bundles they’re a good price for them

Like the short shows abt the fact that you can actually watch for free. Even though you have to watch ads.

I really do like these short videos. I like when the bullies get put in their place and the one that gets bullied gets rewarded by getting the attention and the one thing the bully wants.

What I don’t like is the videos in Chinese and I don’t understand what they’re saying because I don’t speak or read Chinese. The other thing I don’t like is the cliffhanger at the end of the videos.

Loving the shorts but the cost of the episodes are way to high. They should be lowered so users can enjoy more shorts. Having episodes that the prices fluctuates is not effective to keeping new users.

I love this story. So far this is the only story I would pay to continue watching. I know writers thinks that adding violence will draw attention. I hate when the victims are mistreated by the one they end up with. I do not like the plots where they are so easily fooled. I’m loving that he has been kind, gentle and loving from the beginning.

These stories are very interesting, they move very quickly, so there is no room for side stories, which is good if you only have a short time to enjoy

The stories are cute and the commercials are silent which is nice compared to other apps like it.

I have watched so many stories on so many apps MiniShorts is one of my favorites.

I’ve found my calling in the evening when the kids are relaxing and I get a lil time to myself! It reminds me of lil romance novels from back in the day! But seriously it’s for all ages from young adults to mid and up! All sorts of different story lines that catch my eye! I wish a lil more affordable but still do love!
