Check deposit :(

I keep trying to deposit a check and when I take a picture of the check CommunityBanksofColorado closes out

Why?

There is literally nothing different about the new app except for the UI. Why did I have to download and log in to a new app after 3 days of not being able to see my bank account when you could’ve just updated the old app.

Downgrade

The older app was easier to navigate. Colors made more sense. Titles/descriptions of account activity were simpler on the older app. This newer app is not worth my time. Seriously considering changing my bank at this point with all of the issues aside and including the new app.

The worst.

Last weekend, I noticed that the Co Banks mobile app would not let me use my password to let me sign in. When I returned, I went to a physical location and was told that due to issues with the system, if you are an Outlook user you will likely not receive any app-related emails including password reset links. I spent close to an hour on the phone with their IT team to resolve the issue and reset my password, only for CommunityBanksofColorado to continue to give me problems today with my new one. Whoever is in charge of their online banking platforms has got to get it together because at this point it should not be this difficult.

Horrible

CommunityBanksofColorado is repeatedly telling me my login is incorrect when it isn’t. Why make a new app that doesn’t even allow your customers to use it?

Bummer.

Really don’t like this new app, the older one was much easier to navigate, had better colors, and better organization. I really don’t understand why they changed everything.

Horrible system

I went to login into the new app and it is repeatedly telling me my old login is incorrect. I know it’s correct. So, I went to update everything, and CommunityBanksofColorado has continued to tell me it’s incorrect, despite me switching ALL my login info. I absolutely hated the old app and this one does not seem much better.

No login

No matter how many times I try to log in or reset my password it will not let me in

I don’t know why they needed to update the old app this one is horrible

Not and improvement at all. Bring back the old app.

Broken

Every time I try to use my app it says my password isn’t correct, I’ve changed it 3 times this morning and still can’t get on without changing my password every time.

Automatic shut down

Every time I try to enroll, it shuts off and closes everything down. are used the other app they had, and now it’s saying they expired on July 22. My bills are doing I need to get things paid. There’s no sense in a stupid app like this.

The previous app was simpler.

The old app had more

More functionality and more visibility. You guys got a step this thing up. Or I want the old one back.

Needs adjustments

The iPad screen forces portrait orientation for transfers. Please fix.
I wish I could see running balances for each transaction (like before) instead of having to click an extra time to get to transactions with balance on my iPad.

Extra nuisance

My deposit was rejected because I didn’t write mobile deposit on the back of the check. What a nuisance.

Excellent upgrade

CommunityBanksofColorado is improved over the previous app in that it is much easier to read and navigate.

New version of app seems great!

Looks and feels easier to use than the previous app! Has a lot better appearance and easier to go to different sections

Effortless

CommunityBanksofColorado works much like the previous. The switch over was easy. Good software development. Bugs are common when new code is developed so I was happily surprised to find that wasn’t the case here.
