Great UI update but the mobile deposit flow is insanely SLOW. The box for the check is too small, it asks me to zoom in much further than the box represents which is bad UX and counter intuitive.

App has issues reading the check and takes an eternity to upload. We have the most advanced cameras on phones ever and it can’t read a check quickly and easily???

It also caps daily deposits at 5k. Business owners could have checks well above that in a single check. Why would to limit the amount of money deposited to your bank?

The color scheme is is difficult on the eyes. No color distinctions between debits and credits. Highlighting debits in red for example would be much easier to distinguish. Everything looks the same. The previous version allowed you to switch between tasks and accounts much easier. Not impressed.

I do not like the look of the new app. The old app was simple and perfect. The new one is visually more difficult to navigate.

Never should have updated this. The old app was much easier to see the accounts and was straight forward. This layout looks like it’s from 2005. Horrible. And not user friendly.

Not improved. Old was better.

I do not like how the accounts are combined.
It says it needs an email to sign in-it doesn’t.
It doesn’t know what a symbol is.
This is my input after 1 day.
I absolutely DO NOT APPRECIATE the combined accounts. It makes it unnecessarily difficult to see balances and debits to the accounts.

Place bring back all the old features from the old app to the new app.

No Face ID, the check deposit was not as easy to use as other apps.

The view is plain and dull for my brain.

I found the previous app easier to use, especially since we have multiple accounts to manage. Do not like having the total of all our accounts as the first thing pulled up because my husband thinks that the amount in just one of our accounts. Hate the new bill pay system. Please reevaluate this new app. Like my bills paid on the day its received and not the day(s) before

This is a perfect example of reinventing the wheel. Just to make things better you come up with a different format for Bankmw and it is much less functional as far as I’m concerned the other one was much simpler and easier to navigate.

It is terrible that the bank charges folks for others cashing a check from my account at my bank! Just like stealing money from the old and the poor. Shameful!!!

I liked the old app better. The new one is not user friendly. Doesn’t seem like much thought went into the new app considering all the hype before it came out.

The new app is more difficult to use. The old one was more visible meaning the new text is faded. - does not stand out. I’ll get used to it but I like the old app better-overall

App is significantly more user friendly and pretty snappy. Not my favorite layout but I’ll probably get used to it.

I like the simplicity of it and it is better on the eyes. I do wish however that you brought the red color back for the credits. Easier to see than a plus sign.

Would give 5 stars but had a couple server errors before my check would successfully deposit. The older app I never had issues.

Love the new app and the new features it’s more user friendly
