Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PI.FYI app issues:

Force Stop the PI.FYI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PI.FYI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PI.FYI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PI.FYI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PI.FYI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PI.FYI.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
