Canceled my account still being charged

I deleted my account and removed my subscription months ago and I still get at least one monthly charge every month. There is no customer service link, no chat, no way to get a hold of anybody to resolve this issue at the app.
There was one link that I tried using that apparently messages the developer directly. I used that to no avail.
The concept of the app is strong. But now I’m irritated and wouldn’t recommend it.
