New app

Aside from taking a week and a trip to get help in town to set FirstSecurityBankBozeman up, I am finding that bills I had set up to be paid through the old app have not been paid. I never saw any information that there was going to be a new app. And now I have to enter all the payee information over again. Additionally, I don’t see how to edit when, because I will make mistakes, I make a mistake like the date the bill is to be paid.
I apologize for my tone but this has been so frustrating.

Very much dislike the new platform!

Used to love the old online banking platform and it was the standard I measured all other banking platforms to. NOT anymore. Note I find it hard to navigate, find what I’m looking for, bad layout, only using a portion of the screen to display transactions. Sort of cartoonish. 😩😡🤮
