When I try and navigate to to any of the pages I just get a blank page with a little cookie symbol in corner. Only page that comes up is My Account. Have deleted and reinstalled app but no change.
Ended up using the website.

Can’t order from MARLÖ . It doesn’t show my recent order or my prescription. It only shows my doctor’s office and that’s it. Every page I go to is blank. Even the website just says “call my doctor to make an appointment for my next exam”.
My doctor’s office sent my receipt by MARLÖ and I can’t access it. I can’t create an account because it won’t allow me to select a security question. I tried to just type in a random answer to bypass it but it wants me to select a question. I tried on Edge and Safari
Absolutely disappointing. Worked first time. Now can’t open account. Over 30 minutes trying to re access account with no luck. Followed all instructions. Still same error. App has problems.
MARLÖ loads slowly and errors out often. Initial registration was painful. Emails weren’t received, security questions didn’t load and I had to reset the password three times. Great idea for an app, but it needs a bit of work.
It won’t let me click the tab for the security question….

The ad for MARLÖ said I could get all of my prescriptions online. That’s true for contacts.
For everything else - like glasses or upcoming appointments, it just says, “you’ll have to call your doctor’s office”.
It’s an app to sell contacts. My provider already had a portal for that so there is no value add from MARLÖ.
Love MARLÖ! Super user friendly and keeps me connected to my doctor. Such an easy way to order my contact lens. I won't order my lenses any other way moving forward.
I used to hate ordering contacts. It was always such a hassle. this app makes it so easy to order directly from my doctor.
My eye doctor provide MARLÖ and it has been much easier ordering my refills for my contact lenses.
I love that I can order a new set of contacts from anywhere!
