Can’t get the app to load any of the pages

When I try and navigate to to any of the pages I just get a blank page with a little cookie symbol in corner. Only page that comes up is My Account. Have deleted and reinstalled app but no change.
Ended up using the website.
I’d like that 30 minutes of wasted time back, please.
Everything is blank

Can’t order from the app. It doesn’t show my recent order or my prescription. It only shows my doctor’s office and that’s it. Every page I go to is blank. Even the website just says “call my doctor to make an appointment for my next exam”.
Can’t Create Account

My doctor’s office sent my receipt by this app and I can’t access it. I can’t create an account because it won’t allow me to select a security question. I tried to just type in a random answer to bypass it but it wants me to select a question. I tried on Edge and Safari
