CommunityNationalBank is absolute garbage. Haven’t been able to access CommunityNationalBank in 48 hours
It has been a nightmare since CNB has upgraded. The new app is so slow and I have to wait longer to transfer between accounts. It spins in circles and I’m just waiting. I do not like the new features not user friendly. The old one was better and faster.
The new app is not working. I can’t access my banking information.
Ever since this new app, i have not been able to access anything. Doesn’t even load.
Like title says old app was better this one is constantly having issues or down. Plus I miss the instant balance button…
Updated app has not worked in months. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Get to login screen, enter credentials, spins & errors out every time. Desktop access just fine.
It would break down our totals/balances in real time. Our debit card notifications have gone away.
Now getting to Zelle is a process.
Not sure why CommunityNationalBank was changed so drastically but you guys need to make it work! Mobile banking should make keeping an eye on my money easier not harder.
I’ve seriously checked everywhere, even in my phones own settings, as well as contacted support via chat (they ended the conversation). Nowhere in the “languages and themes” setting is there a language, and there’s only one theme to boot. Devs please address this issue. Will update if issue is resolved or I find a workaround.
Horrible update!!! CommunityNationalBank has not worked once since the update. Also, no one you talk to can help you to fix it or knows anything to help fix it so my app still doesn’t work. Worst update. Should have left it alone!!!!!
CommunityNationalBank latest update is a downgrade from the old version. No dark mode no virtual card. I have to uninstall and reinstall every so often because it won’t connect. I Love CNB customer service but I hate having to call all the time because it locks me out of my account.
The usual features are there alongside some new ones that I hadn’t seen before so that’s great! My complaint is that mobile deposit no longer works for me. When I try to select an account to deposit to, the screen is blank. It’s a bummer because mobile deposit is a feature I really need for my business
I’m loving the new app. It is user friendly and easy to understand. I didn’t know you could manage your card and turn it on and off whenever you want.
You can tell a lot of time and effort went into creating the new app. I love the streamlined look!
