I sent up documentation to state that I would not be needing your service but was not answered back. Instead continue to charge me for the health insurance so I have removed my account info hopefully now you will listen, if not charge it to the game!

Overall, I like NationalLifeGroup as it contains quite a lot of resources related to our policies, and make mobile access easy and intuitive.

However, as of some recent update (not sure which one), our documents are no longer viewable by clicking the ‘documents’ tab. The tab still exists in the interface, it even shows a number in parenthesis to indicate new/unread documents are in queue. However, when clicking on the tab, whichever tab/page the user was most recent viewing remains, the documents page/list does not display.

Please fix, great app otherwise!! Happy to update review to 5 stars if this can be addressed.

Many apps are moving towards face recognition which saves time logging on to your accounts! Super excited to have this feature added. All documents pretty much at your finger tips now.

Great functionality and seamless interaction with NationalLifeGroup . Only request would be to add policy details as a tab instead of through a link on the homepage.

NLG has delivered with their app that allows to not only track your policies but make payments and borrow money for your needs.
It’s kind of sad that not all insurance issuers have an app this day and time.

App lets me know the information I need and lets me track when my payments are do!

NationalLifeGroup is great, from a great company with great products. I love how easy it is to access my policies whenever I want to. A lot of self service without having to call the company. And they are continually making it better. Kudos!

They have made some improvements to NationalLifeGroup that I like such as being able to change how I have my funds allocated. To offer constructive criticism I think the UI of NationalLifeGroup could be improved.

Unbelievable the amount of features and improvements that have been included in NationalLifeGroup . This is a modern Insurance age and NationalLifeGroup is the future of this business; client convenience, trust and faith in their ins. provider will grow exponentially in the coming years.

Just have to put it out there that their IUL options and Life insurance is the best! Their app is very user friendly and I love to see how much I’ve earned on interest, surrender value, where my money is allocated. I can easily make or change payments. This is the first time I have no complaints for an app!!!!
