I can’t even login or reset my password. Some buttons don’t do anything. I would be patient with them because of the change but they have money to do a lot better in every aspect of their business.

Central national bank is a joke and so is CentralNational I cannot login I’ve been trying to update my password but it’s just glitched and doesn’t work I cannot stand this stupid app the old one was trash too. My old bank never charged me for a mobile deposit and it would always go straight into my bank account immediately after I took the photos. CNB takes several days. So annoying. Awful app, I’m going to leave this bank soon.

Can't access my account as pass and username is invalid. Try to enroll and says I already have an account. Try to reset the account and verification codes aren't valid. Serious issues for a new app.

So downloaded the new app. Went through everything to get into the new app and update my password. Here we are 3 hours later and I still can’t log in to pay my car loan. Frustrated is an understatement.
Then a thought, call the helpline. Sure but the wait time is well over an hour.
Something tells me I’m not the only one having issues.

I was forced to download the new app and stop using the old one. The old one used to take my account number and password. The new one asks for a username, which I do not have. When I try to create a new one it tells me I already have one. Initially when I tried to recover the account it would not send a code to my phone. Now it is sending the code, but telling me Oops, there an error on our end. Been going on two weeks now.

Maybe these things should have been worked out before kicking me out in the first place. Used to love this bank, now I feel like all I ever do is complain about it.

Where’s the balance after each transaction?

I thought I had forgotten my password, but turns out I was right just had incorrectly put it in too many times and it had locked my account. As soon as I reach the update password button it doesn’t do anything. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

App doesn’t allow you to change password. You get to the last step and hit update and it does nothing. Spectacular.

This banking application is difficult to use and the mobile deposit function doesn’t work for me at all. I’ve had a terrible time trying to deposit checks which has resulted in lengthy wait times to access the funds and fees associated with deposits being rejected.

With the recent”upgrade “ nothing much works better.
First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password.
Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up.
Also I like the old format a lot better maybe simply because I was used to it and now I have to get used to a new format.

No longer get texts with balance. Would like to see pending deposits as well.
