Grab application closed off immediately after few seconds. Only working when reinstalled again but same problem recurring after closed off. Every time need to reinstall again and again to use the app

Every time I try to book a ride the Grab app crashes - goes to a page saying “top up” and “try again” or something… super frustrating

The grab app keeps crashing after I confirmed pickup point. It start to load and render available ride options, then crash straight. I am in Indonesia. I use iphone.

Just went through the entire process to sign up for grab- but it does not give me the Transport option, just giving me hotels and experiences as the only options. how do I get Transport to appear on the app??

Trying to signup, cannot get past the page asking for email address. I get error message: “Sorry our server reported an error, try again later” Unable to complete signup on my iphone. 602-616-7466
Common dislikes about Grab app
- Not user friendly.
- No way for a user to contact a support team via phone call or message.
- System to report an issue is long and not helpful.
- Charges user even if Grab has not completed the service.
- Forced to use Sign in with Facebook despite wanting to use Sign In with Apple.
