It’s really difficult to get a hold of anybody, it’s been almost a month and I haven’t even received a tracking number for my order.

I was online shopping then there was a pop up that said download Kidrobot for $30 off, so I downloaded Kidrobot & went to checkout and the was no $30 deduction and I didn’t even receive a code.
Weak app compared to other shopping platforms. Primitive in design.
