This company is SO UNORGANIZED to the point of dysfunction
This replaced Lakeview’s old app, but I haven’t been unable to find it as their old abandoned app has said “ LakeviewMortgage is unavailable. LakeviewMortgage will be upgraded to “Lakeview Go” later this month. Come back to download in a couple weeks.”
I’ve been checking LakeviewMortgage Store for a few months for “Lakeview Go” to no avail. I finally stumbled across LakeviewMortgage and downloaded it. Not sure if they changed the name or cited it incorrectly in the old app, but this has caused me a few months of frustration.
No idea why this isn’t working. I can’t log in and the “Help” link just gives an “Oops, 404 Error, Page Not Found” message.
Wondering if I’ve been scammed… 😬.
Absolutely outraged. I have to pay my mortgage through this company (Lakeview) and LakeviewMortgage DOESN’T EVEN FUNCTION. If you’re going to force me into switching to this mortgage company, at least have an app that actually WORKS. Tried to create a log in and LakeviewMortgage just tells me there was a problem as soon as I type the loan number and email in. Stupid!!!
There is no additional tab for extra payment to principle on LakeviewMortgage . If I wanted to pay more to my principle amount I do not have that option.
My loan was transferred a 3rd time. I can log in to my account in the website, but LakeviewMortgage uses another service and doesn’t let me log in. What a waste of time. Don’t download it, it’s worthless.
Did not get any type of update or documents stating my new loan payment or any advance that my escrow was short. It took about ver 10 times to get through to them on. The phone even the claims rep tried to get through to the service line and couldn’t I couldn’t get through til next day. Horrible service horrible response. No updates or heads up

LakeviewMortgage won’t allow you to pay your bill on the weekends when selecting from dates to make the payment.
I have a lakeview mortgage and can sign in via the web, but I cannot on LakeviewMortgage.
I'm a sailor and most of my time is spent overseas so, LakeviewMortgage is pointless for me, as I am unable to utilize it when out of the states.
When LakeviewMortgage is working, there is no issues. The problem happens when you can’t log on.
So easy to use and quick! I wish more online payment and account information applications were this efficient.
