Absolutely outraged. I have to pay my mortgage through this company (Lakeview) and the app DOESN’T EVEN FUNCTION. If you’re going to force me into switching to this mortgage company, at least have an app that actually WORKS. Tried to create a log in and the app just tells me there was a problem as soon as I type the loan number and email in. Stupid!!!

This app won’t allow you to pay your bill on the weekends when selecting from dates to make the payment.

There is no additional tab for extra payment to principle on the app. If I wanted to pay more to my principle amount I do not have that option.
