I have 2 issues that prevent me from using FreedomMortgage - 1) I just reset my password on the browser and then when I tried using the password on FreedomMortgage , it did not recognize it even though it was correct and 2) I decided to reset my password on FreedomMortgage , got through the verification code and on the next page, I typed up my new password twice and hit continue but nothing happened. I am unable to get in and use FreedomMortgage . Please address
Signed in and received “No longer supported. Please download current version” which takes me back to the same 2022 version. No bueno.
When initially downloading and logging into FreedomMortgage , I am getting an error when entering in my mobile number to pull up my account info, therefore, I cannot log into my account.
I can’t even pass the screen to except my password verification..it won’t allow me to click on continue this sick
Horrible company can’t get to website or app to work. No one there seems to be able to help. Trash. App does not respond to let me receive verification code. For such a large company your app should work with iPhone. Very disappointed in this company who bought our mortgage.
The site is bad, FreedomMortgage is bad, the mortgages are bad
Failure after failure on the text and email verification procedures. FreedomMortgage is a complete waste of time. I’ll stick with the browser. It actually works.
It’s been over a month since someone reported that when using an IPhone to validate your account, the keyboard will not drop down so you can continue. I can not validate my account. Why even have it out there? You know there’s a problem!
User ID and password and it doesn’t recognize. Do the password reset and it won’t get past the reset button.
IT department at FM seems to be a serious problem as even on the website I have to reset my password every time I access it. FreedomMortgage is even worse.
I downloaded the latest version of FreedomMortgage . When I login FreedomMortgage states there is a new version available and states to select Download and direct to FreedomMortgage Store to the same app I already have. Therefore I can’t use any feature of FreedomMortgage .
I just started using FreedomMortgage and it’s already a disaster. I clicked to make a payment and the button to continue is non-existent. Very hard to make a payment without being able to move forward on the payment screen. Apple iPhone 12 Max.
The number don’t scroll down after you put the code no way to access the account on FreedomMortgage 🥲🥲
There was a problem with interface of FreedomMortgage on Iphone. When I finish typing info the keyboard does not drop off and I am unable to hit “continue”
App is awesome and its user friendly
I was able to download FreedomMortgage and log in without any of the previous mentioned issues. Haven’t made any payments yet so we will see how that goes. iPhone 12 max plus
It was so easy to sign up for all the services that the company offers.
I can now make payment through app and don’t have to remember my password all the time.

FreedomMortgage is not ready for download… apparently still in development phase. Doesn’t function properly, and when you’re dealing with finances that’s a REAL confidence problem
UPDATE:
Freedom Mortgage followed up on my issue and was able to help. Apparently the new loan was not ready to access (after a week, but that wasn’t FreedomMortgage ’s problem).
Downloaded FreedomMortgage again, and we’re up and running!
