Annoying to login

Having no way to stay signed in and no Face ID is annoying. Along with that having to use 2FA each time makes it a hassle. Give the ability to disable for a period of time or to have a trusted device please

Huge improvement to the old app

The old app was clunky, slow, and didn’t work half the time. This redesign is much more intuitive and shows you important info at a glance. Great job to the developers! I’m mainly writing this review because the one other review isn’t really fair since they were experiencing server errors… which isn’t a problem with MortgageView itself. As a developer myself, I sympathize.

Can’t log in

After verification via text message it goes back to the login screen making you start the process over. If I ever manage to get in MortgageView I’ll check it out and edit my review.

*edit* app is working now. Seems pretty simple and straight forward.

Hey, at least it’s working

Gave it 3 stars because at least it’s working for now. The “myloancare” app hadn’t been working for me since January/February of this year, so the fact that they finally have a working app again seems like a huge achievement for this company at this point.

Annoying

It’s really annoying how you always have to confirm through a text that you want to log in every single time. The password should be enough

Does the Job.

I don’t have an issue with the application. I have access to my account, and the company has not failed me. I give it five stars.

Better after new update

The new update makes it much easier to use.

Needs Face ID

Tired of having to send a verification code to my phone so I can sign in. It would be great to be able to use Face ID instead. Other than that, I’m happy to have access to my mortgage thru an app.

Unstable is a nice way of putting it

Once again MortgageView is broken. Most people go into their mortgage app once a month, to make a payment. MortgageView is continually broken at the beginning of the month when you’re trying to make your mortgage payment. So frustrating

By

Wasted opportunity

Exactly like other reviewers-it won’t let me in after typing in the authentication number. And yes, this garbage functionality is very similar to the website. But hey, I guess this company gives me even more incentive to pay off my mortgage, just to get away from them...so silver lining.

Trash app

MortgageView , be it on iPhone or iPad, is always messed up. Not once in the last several months have I been able to just log on and pay my mortgage. There is always an error..ALWAYS. FIX IT!!

By

Cannot login

I cannot login into MortgageView . The credentials work just fine on the web version. The web version asked me to select my servicer the first time I logged in. I don’t see that option on MortgageView .

Cant log in

I am unable to even log in. There is a glitch in the system so after i verify my phone number..it makes the the little thinking circle icon and never logs me in

App is trash just like the company

App won’t even let users login. Should be expected since the company’s website for payments has been down for 6+ months. Absolute garbage.

By

What’s new?

This is literally no different from the old one. And there’s still no option to add pay by debit card. One star until that’s added.

App doesn’t work

Just like your website most of the time, MortgageView doesn’t work. Error message trying to log in.

Your website is awful too. Haven’t been able to make a payment online in over three months.

Horrible telephone customer support also. Long wait times.

Worst mortgage company I’ve ever had.

Absolutely slow and cumbersome

It’s obvious they put no effort into MortgageView. Ux design is non-existent - doesn’t save credentials and is extremely confusing to navigate.

By

Very Useless App

Useless app just like the website.
2FA each time to login. No option to opt out of 2FA, remember device, or use Face/Touch ID.
The Login/2FA(SMS page) UI is poorly designed.

Bad Bad Bad!

No surprise here

Yet still can’t login but it’s updated. Only 1 star since I can’t leave it at zero or negative

By

Not functional

App is broken. Errors when I open MortgageView . I can’t log in.

500 errors

By

Underwhelming

Got the email stating MortgageView was brand new and had a “major upgrade”

App took a solid few seconds to open but has a nice looking new front page that’s very web page-ish, but hey they’re trying.

Plug in my username/password and the error code pops up and then crashes.

Will check back again soon in hopes of revision.

No saved login

App has great potential but I hate logging in each time I go into MortgageView . I’d like to be able to log in with Face ID or something like that vs put in my credentials each time and then get a code sent to my phone. I won’t be using MortgageView because of that. I have my credentials saved in my web browser which is much easier to log in for me.
