This morning CO. has given me so many problems took double payments out with not authorized. Made me wait weeks to get my money back. Do not use this company. You will regret it absolutely horrible straight trash if if I could give them a -10 on the STARS I would straight, Dumpster trash company garbage worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with. They are a joke.

Website were make payments most of the time don’t work very hard to make payments

I have enrolled after countless hours and many attempts to autodraft my checking account. I have no idea if it will work. The website is overly complicated, and the algorithm is designed to fail on the last step. I have tried to delete a prior checking account…5709 which is no longer open. I can not seem to make it go away, despite multiple attempts. The new funded checking account is …1903, which has been used this month on the 19th after calls on the 15th to make the payment. I dislike your website so much, but I was told if I didn’t have Anything nice to say, then remain silent.
I will mention I had this set up on April 15 to be enacted for a payment in May, but because your website is so flawed, that input disappeared. Now I have to make May’s payment by a phone call. Your system is ….*#!!**

I have to reset my password EVERY SINGLE month & it requires a password you have not previously used. It always shows that I have not entered the correct password, even when I have saved my password & I am certain I am entering the correct password. It makes it a real pain to make my mortgage payment every month!

Customer service stinks….i am a new customer and posted an online payment and immediately changed the date to come out of my account the very next morning but online system didn't update it and payment tried to come out 2 times and they haven’t refunded me the $30 as of yet. When rates go down I will be going to a new mortgage company. Have me the excuse that there is a 5 day rule change and manager gave no consideration to a new customer.👎

They have misapplied my payments and refuse to fix the situation after three phone calls, the last to one of their supervisors. All three have admitted that I was current at the beginning of 2023 and they can see that I made all 12 payments in 2023 and say they are going to fix the problem. Yet the company still claims that I am a month behind in my payments. Do business with anyone but RoundPoint if you can!

Mortgage got sold to RoundPoint. Nothing but problems ever since the first payment last January. Just paid the late fee because they won’t remove it even though it’s their system that screwed up. If interest rates ever go down, we will be refinancing.

There are things you can not do in RoundPointYouAreHome (which is just a glorified webpage). Good luck trying to get help getting those things done. No way in the phone tree to get to a human. I’ve been waiting days for a response to my email inquiries. I may have to call my bank to try to stop Roundpoint from continuing to take my money.

Oh, and be prepared to be asked to enroll in paperless statements every single time you open RoundPointYouAreHome .

This “button” doesn’t work.

App won’t let me pay bill. Now it won’t let me login or change my password.

App doesn’t consistently allow you to set up auto-pay, pay for additional charges, or contact contact RP directly.

I have been making payments for 3-4 weeks even called and spoke to a rep this week have confirmations and now my accounts stat delinquent !

Your site does not allow an amortization schedule or other information on individuals mortgage. Check out other sites for a comprehensive overview of mortgage information.

The web portal does not allow any browser on macOS to change an account password, even meeting all criteria. I tried calling but couldn’t find my way through the machine answering service. Had to download RoundPointYouAreHome just to change my password on the website. In lieu of that, here’s my bug report.

RoundPointYouAreHome won’t accept special characters for passwords in done cases. Not very user friendly. Also customer service is bad. Wish I could go back to my old serviced Mr. Cooper which was 100 times better than round point. It had better payment options and a better app.

RoundPointYouAreHome is great to make monthly payments but even when it accepts my facial recognition I still have to put in my password AND even though my password is correct, it has made me change my password every time to get in! I’m running out of passwords!

App is not user-friendly. Consistently kicks you out and makes you re-sign in with changes password. Difficult to access. Doesn’t save your payment information. The worst one I’ve had to use so far.

It's all good except I always have trouble with my password. I have to change it every month that I login to make a payment.

I don’t find the loan calculator, it is important tool for any member to know the different scenarios. It assists you in budgeting your expenses based on your income. Indicate the total interest you will pay at the end of your loan term. It assists you in determining whether to increase or decrease the tenure based on your budget.

My bank sold my mortgage to these guys and I was able to make a payment without talking to anybody. Just download RoundPointYouAreHome , fill out the requested info and bam your in. Payment made! Took less than 5 minutes.

Paying my mortgage note has never been so easy, quick, yet, officiant. I am so pleased with RoundPointYouAreHome. I only wish it had been implemented sooner.
