Poor Customer Service

I hope that this will be an interim review because I don’t think that Fluency will prove to be a 1 (One) Star app—indeed I think it’ll earn high marks from me. First, though, developers have to resolve my free lifetime subscription issue. Succinctly, I see absolutely no way of getting that free lifetime subscription as you advertise. Next, I have tried repeatedly to send you a message using your in-app customer support form. Frustrating and disappointing experience, as its been impossible to send you the message. I repeatedly get an error message. Finally, and supremely disappointing is the fact that (given my experience so far) I can not in good conscience recommend your Fluency to scores of potential subscribers. I will not recommend to anyone an app that’s being advertised as free but which apparently is not.

Earn my revised review by: 1) helping me get the advertised free lifetime subscription; 2) extend or reinstate your free lifetime subscription offer (and let me know its dates so that I can spread the word to the scores of potential new subscribers within my sphere); and 3) fix your customer service generally and the functioning of your in-app contact form specifically. Do so and you will see the effort I’m exerting to write this (hopefully interim) review multiplied tenfold to revise this review.

Not a very good app for the money.

Customer support does not work from the app. I did the first vocabulary lesson where you type in a word once to learn it, but after you type the words in only one time the lesson ends and you cannot go back to actually learn the words. I tried to contact support but only got an error message.
