I was told to download HEYTEA and order online to save time… I just downloaded HEYTEA and it says online order is unavailable. Please fix your app and add Apple Pay.

My card that was used to make purchases in HEYTEA was used without my authorization. The only place I used that card was in HEYTEA!!!!!

HEYTEA targets overseas customers, but it lacks support for Apple Pay as a payment method and doesn't accept credit card payments; that option is merely for show. Makes one wonder if this app really wanted oversea businesses?

I try to order but the system doesn’t let me order. I was able to do it once but that was the last. Please upgrade your store to 2 cashiers so that it’s faster and less stress for one cashier.

I tried paying with credit card and it said payment failed and i ended up going in person to order the drinks. When i get home I see that my card was still charged for the online order. Called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless i go in person. Terrible app, terrible experience!
