Payment system is broken

I tried paying with credit card and it said payment failed and i ended up going in person to order the drinks. When i get home I see that my card was still charged for the online order. Called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless i go in person. Terrible app, terrible experience!
Useless because you could never order it

I try to order but the system doesn’t let me order. I was able to do it once but that was the last. Please upgrade your store to 2 cashiers so that it’s faster and less stress for one cashier.
Does not support Apple Pay/Credit Card

This app targets overseas customers, but it lacks support for Apple Pay as a payment method and doesn't accept credit card payments; that option is merely for show. Makes one wonder if Heytea really wanted oversea businesses?
