How to fix Clipbud app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clipbud app on iPhone
Update Clipbud app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clipbud iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clipbud on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clipbud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clipbud Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clipbud not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clipbud App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clipbud » click [Force Stop]

Update Clipbud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clipbud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clipbud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clipbud.

Fix Clipbud unable to contact server/ Clipbud internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clipbud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clipbud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
