Tried to pay balance online but couldn’t because their system was down. There’s no ability to set up auto pay with them so as to avoid ever missing a payment. Tried to download transactions into Quicken Business. CFNA doesn’t download transactions but doesn’t tell you so, misleading you into thinking it works. Had $84.22 due on 09/23. Incurred late fee on same day (9/23) of $27.00 and interest of $2.15. Called customer service and explained problem. Was essentially told “tough luck, you’re stuck with it.” Have never missed a payment with CFNA since opening account years ago. Tire shop was also no help. Was about to purchase a new set of truck wheels and tires before the snow comes. Guess I’ll have to go somewhere else. Intend to close account. Hard to believe CFNA would prefer to lose a client in exchange for $29.15. Think their business model is a way to scam people with superfluous charges and misleading methods. Beware!

Horrible costumer service and shady business.

I pay more than what is owed every month on time and they lowered my card limit to exactly the amount I owe, destroying my credit. STAY AWAY.

App is also horrible.

myCFNA will NOT allow me to add my bank account # and routing #, how in the feck am i supposed to make my payments? so i really have to call in EVERY month and pay the $4.95 charge for making a payment through the phone? this is the year 2024... please fix your app, this is so stupid

I have setup auto pay, it got reset after 6 months, my payment overdue.

I had to pay penalty and also affected my credit score, I’ve other cards, once I setup, don’t need to check every time the auto pay is working or not.

It’s predatory practice scam credit card company.

Im new and i read all the reviews but i was more surprised when all they said was true. There is no way to make a payment on myCFNA or online. I guess i will have to call every month. i will definitely pay this card off in a month and delete everything.

I try to sign in, it brings me to browser, sign in send me code, enter it, brings me back to app, click sign in, enter password. Sends me back to app to repeat over and over again! Thank You for wasting my time in this futility!

Doesn’t work 100% like an app, it just a jump site into a website link “CFNA”
In that way stinks!

I’ve been unsuccessful in logging into account. Contacted CFNA customer service various times due to verification step not connecting to yahoo email address! FIX the glitches between your application & yahoo!

The bank takes 5 days to process statements, despite payments being made within the statement cycle. As a result of their poor processing will charge late fees and ding your credit for payments that weren’t late. Never using this bank again.

myCFNA won’t let you set payment reminders, approaching due dates or schedule auto payments. Your only option is to go online and schedule upto 6 months but you have to do each monthly individually…I will make sure to never use this card again. Just shady business practices.

The system this company uses is predatory. I made payments far in advance so that I’m in the clear for late payments since there is no pay before due date option when scheduling payments. They let you schedule up to 6 months in advance so you can get assessed up to 5 late fees. CS told me they will not credit the late fees but only adjust my future payments “so they are on time.” This leaves me with not paying enough and being assessed late fees in the future including being charged interest… I heard myCFNA was good and allowed autopay, but it is just a worse version of the website. It’s appalling they don’t contact you when you receive any late fees; like they’re hoping to milk you for as much money as possible.

myCFNA itself isn’t bad (I use it for Firestone card) but this is the only banking app I know of that does not offer scheduled payments. It feels like they want you to miss a payment to charge you more. Until this basic feature is added the CFNA app will always be “meh” at best

The worse app ever. Trying to make a payment is nearly impossible.

It doesn’t show payments that are scheduled or made on the day you’re looking at the live app. The company is a credit card company, which is to say it’s dishonest and designed to rob you. myCFNA doesn’t contradict that mission. It’s nice you can set up payments from myCFNA , but the inaccuracy of up to date information is totally without good reason. As usual, it makes us more likely to accidentally lose more money to the company, which is probably by design, as usual.

I can’t add my checking account in when I try to make a payment on myCFNA . Waiting for 10-12 weeks on the the rewards prepaid card.

App is trash. Tried adding a payment method in myCFNA to pay my balance and it couldn’t even do that. My cfna needs to fix this up. Not ok for a banking app.

2nd month still can not make a payment..

myCFNA worked great for easy payment and quick review of my transactions.

I use myCFNA to view my transactions and payments on my Firestone Mastercard. It has a nice look & feel + it’s easy to use.
