I live at 245 Swanson Avenue, Stratford, CT 06614 and I have been waiting for my credit card to be able to use the details to create my new account so that I can start making my monthly payments on 09/01/2025. I received a mail which states that my account ends with 5095 but I have not received the card yet. It has been very frustrating for me in my attempts to call today because all the phone numbers ask me for the card number. I need your assistance to unlock this situation because I do not in any way want to default in my payments.

Im new and i read all the reviews but i was more surprised when all they said was true. There is no way to make a payment on the app or online. I guess i will have to call every month. i will definitely pay this card off in a month and delete everything.

I have setup auto pay, it got reset after 6 months, my payment overdue.
I had to pay penalty and also affected my credit score, I’ve other cards, once I setup, don’t need to check every time the auto pay is working or not.
It’s predatory practice scam credit card company.
