I have been a member for years and it has turned into a nightmare. I can never get on the online banking to pay my credit card as there is always a problem. I have been on the phone for almost 3 hours this morning trying to make a payment online without success. I have been in a hellish vicious circle from one phone number and person to another. I have sent my last two payments by mail and the last one is lost in mail or lost at their company. Now I have to pay a stop payment fee and issue another check because I simply have no other means to get them a payment. It's horrible. I will not use my card again. It will be closed

So many functions and so much functionality that were available before are no longer available! Text alerts are useless. Transfers to outside institutions now cost money. Only primary account holder on joint accounts has access to bill pay. What’s with the splash for “A new look for a new era of technology, innovations, and services.” This upgrade is a joke! Should score less than one star!

Ever since you changed your online banking I can’t add an external account to add money from to pay my auto loan.
I’m completely locked out from paying my auto loan and the robot on the phone keeps hanging up on me and sending me back to the main menu. **NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE**
I’m currently lawyering up so if I get repoed because of you I’m suing you for everything you have. Jerks!

First time on the new app trying to deposit a check. Repeated Internal Error which I suspect is related to the fact that it doesn’t like the check images. I retook them several times with no luck.
