So many functions and so much functionality that were available before are no longer available! Text alerts are useless. Transfers to outside institutions now cost money. Only primary account holder on joint accounts has access to bill pay. What’s with the splash for “A new look for a new era of technology, innovations, and services.” This upgrade is a joke! Should score less than one star!

Ever since you changed your online banking I can’t add an external account to add money from to pay my auto loan.
I’m completely locked out from paying my auto loan and the robot on the phone keeps hanging up on me and sending me back to the main menu. **NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE**
I’m currently lawyering up so if I get repoed because of you I’m suing you for everything you have. Jerks!

First time on the new app trying to deposit a check. Repeated Internal Error which I suspect is related to the fact that it doesn’t like the check images. I retook them several times with no luck.

It won’t even let me enroll. I’ve tried 10x with my acct #. Keeps saying acct not accessible.

Anyone who rates ValleyStarCreditUnion 5 stars is a bot or paid to review. ValleyStarCreditUnion is not only buggy, ValleyStar itself is one of the worst banking options I've used. Every time I have issues with any new update or system they do and have to email them first every problem. Very close to switching banks.

App looks good and basic information is there but links to credit card information don’t work properly. In other words, there no way to transfer money to credit card to make a payment or even see what the balance is.
In addition, the remote check deposit doesn’t work with either.
I give it two stars because the basic information is there but there’s not much you can do with ValleyStarCreditUnion at this time.

I like the new UI but for some reason I can’t see my ValleyStar credit card transactions in ValleyStarCreditUnion . It’s just blank. This needs to be corrected.

It is taking some getting use to. The overall platform is more informative. It is easier to toggle between accounts and everything is more upfront and available. Thank you for the change. It was much needed.

The recent update to ValleyStarCreditUnion is 10x better. ValleyStarCreditUnion still continues to log me out when I use biometric login. Get that fixed and it will make things much easier. Otherwise everything I pretty self explanatory and easy to find.

I love the new mobile app everything except now it doesn’t have the fast access to check the balance..

ValleyStar Credit Union is the best financial institution that I have had the opportunity to do business with. The employees, from the President to the janitors are knowledgeable and competent to handle any situation. I would recommend this financial institution to everyone who is looking for a reputable financial institution for their banking needs.

Updated interface is nice. No issues getting registered. Will update if any issues over the next month.
