*****I uninstalled and reinstalled Words and not only did I lose all of my progress and had to start at the beginning, it froze again. It is not worth playing if the issue can’t be resolved. I am not certain what form you are asking me to fill out. Thank you. I have been playing for less than a week and I love it. I reached level 33 today and the board does NOT allow me to play. Is there a problem With the game or do I have to do something to continue to play! Please help!

WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FORM?? The only thing I see is contact is! There is no form available!

First, you’ll pay a ridiculous amount of money for the privilege to not be tortured by unwanted commercials. Secondly, there is no avenue to earn points to help you with the game; you’re forced to watch a video to earn 5 (free?) points (which you’ve just paid to NOT do!) and/or spend more cash to buy hints. And trust me, you are going to need a lot of hints! I can’t figure out who the target demographic this game is intended; teenagers who play video games all day and know every single character of those games and every single character in Marvel movies? Post graduate chemical students? PhD’s in geology? I’m a well read adult, have traveled extensively and have a slightly better-than- average IQ, but most of the ‘this app’ in the categories of this game are so obscure that you’ll spend better than half your time looking up information and therefore the other half of your time not playing the game at all and all of your time being frustrated! And that’s too bad because I’m a fan of the Time’s Connection game and was really looking forward to playing this game. If you are some kind of genius or have retained everything you’ve ever read or learned no matter how trivial, than by all means get this game; even so, you’ll be challenged. As for the rest of us, save your money and DO NOT purchase this game.

Good game but after paying 10$ for game w/out forced ads it becomes very difficult to get thru levels without watching the same Save The King game ads over and over. I got to Level 121 because I am very good at the game, and still was inundated with ads. I can’t imagine a less experienced or capable player not going nuts with the magnitude and long duration of redundant ads. Why not charge more for the game and dump the stupid ads? Well, you got my 10 bucks but you lost my business.

I expect a couple ads but when you see the same ones over and over without allowing a fast forward it just becomes too annoying to play. when the level lasts about 10-15 seconds and the ad lasts somewhat longer it’s a deal killer for me.. At least balance my time a little better so there’s some enjoyment.

I was enjoying this game and wanted to buy it but after playing game after 5-6 levels it freezes solid. I had to uninstall and reinstall and then it starts with level 1 again. I tried twice and same thing happened. First time I was able to get to level eight before it froze. Second time it froze at level 5. Last time it froze after level 30. I tried one more time uninstalling and reinstalling this time it froze after level 2. Finally I gave up. If you figure out the bug and fix it I will actually buy it.

To Developers: don’t you guy test your app and figure out why it freezes? There are many many reviews complaining about this and I am sure you can reproduce the problem pretty quickly and debug the issue.

It was fun at first, but then I got stuck on a level, solved the first two sets, but I’ve been through the 4 errors allowed multiple times to no avail. I downloaded the update and tried a hint, waited through a very long ad and the hint was for the set I had already solved!! No help, so I tried another hint. Another long ad and the hint appeared behind the this app and can’t be read! How stupid is that?? And then it froze! Arrrggg! I’m deleting Words now.

was going fine for a few days, but then Words just froze. any time I open it now, I can’t tap anything. tried fully closing and reopening it of course. any time I do, the level seems to change. I don’t want to delete it and lose 100+ levels of progress, so now I’m stuck.
Before that, the constant ads were infuriating, and you can’t select difficulty levels or go back to anything so I had to get through 30 or so before they got hard at all.

I’m very disappointed in Words. Even though when you pay for it, you don’t see spontaneous ads, you really have to use the hints and that means you watch very long ads over and over. I also think at times I actually did match the correct this app, but I didn’t get credit for it which meant that I then had to play the game again and see more ads. I admit that I was playing it pretty often because it is a stress reliever, but I’ve already come to the end of all the puzzles after less than a few weeks. No more puzzles available! I feel cheated.

I read that you had fixed some issues, so I just downloaded this game and reached level 40; after making the selections, and not having them be correct, I used the hint, and found that I was on the right path, they did want body parts as the selections. But, Words will not accept EAR, NOSE, THROAT and FEET as the answer. With hair as the only other option, I tried it as well, but, it didn’t work either. As my husband, an aerospace engineer says, if I send out my work, that only worked most of the time, the military would have my A**.

Similar to NYT version but a lot easier and many of the puzzles are pretty obvious. Maybe too obvious.
Overall it was fun until it locked up after only a few levels. Tried closing and reopening Words several times. Still was locked up but with a new puzzle each time so that was odd. I just couldn’t tap any buttons anywhere on Words . I ended up deleting Words and will download again but if it locks up or has any issues the second time around, that’ll be it for me.

I started playing this game and initially liked it. Then it just became to frustrating to continue. Way too many ads and the fact there are no clues makes it easy to stop playing. Some levels are just too complicated and I wind up clicking off. If this game had clues and an ad free feature then I would consider coming back. Until the I’ll try something different.

I just noticed that there are hints now which is nice. This is a good start. They just need to develop an ad free feature and this game would be better.

Since Words was updated to include levels beyond 120, I haven’t been able to play a level. I was able to do the puzzle of the day a few times, but now my screen is stuck on level 121, and when I tap on a box to select it, nothing happens. The only thing I can tap on is the ads. The settings won’t even open. And this is after updating it again today. I really like this game, but when an update makes it so I can’t play the game anymore, it gets rather frustrating. And yes, I’ve tried closing the game and reopening it. And doing the same with my phone.

Agree with reviewer who said great potential — this is a really good game, the problem is if it’s too challenging there’s no way to continue. Please add hints at least after using up the four chances twice. Super frustrating and now I have to quit because I have no way of knowing how to solve the last one (level 32) that I tried. Exasperating to try repeatedly (and with ads every time you have to do the same level over!).

I thoroughly enjoy playing this game however, since the upgrade it is almost impossible to play. I continually get a pop up asking me to connect to the Internet, which I already am connected. The pop-up appears so frequently its impossible to play the game. In addition many of the ads freeze the game even during mid play. Of course, this is very frustrating to say the least. Prior to the upgrade I would have given the game five stars however because of all of the glitches I’m giving it three stars.

I enjoy the New York Times connection. This is much easier and not so challenging, at least until you get to level 50ish. When I got to level 96 it stopped working. Updated Words , removed from Home Screen then re added, etc. waiting a few days, but it was frozen on that level. Deleted Words and then reinstalled but now I’m at level 1 again. Not sure it’s worth playing all over again.

I enjoyed this game and played continuously until the update. The flickering has been rectified, but it is even more difficult to see with the new scheme and there is no shuffle or deselect option. Due to the new game display making it difficult to read and the removal of buttons, I haven’t played. I thoroughly enjoyed this game and haven’t deleted it as I am anticipating another update with improvements, but I am losing interest from waiting.

Very distracting that you throw in an ad after EVERY round. I can beat a round in less that 30 seconds and still you put in an ad afterwards. I have played few games that use as many ads as you have. Even when it comes down to wrong selections and I have to retry. It takes maybe 10 seconds to retry my guess and again you throw an ad in there. I can only play it so long and get so frustrated I have to quit. Honestly should give you a 2 but I do like the categories. They are simple yet some are challenging. Get rid of half your ads and it would greatly improve this game!!

I have purchased the game and I really enjoy it. The issue I am having is that I have had Words completely freeze two times. It will open, but none of the buttons work. Close app and reopen and it is a new level, but still didnt function. Deleted Words and reinstalled. Worked for awhile and then the same issue.

I loved this game, but every time I open Words , I cannot click on anything. I’ve tried updating Words , closing out Words entirely, and restarting my phone. Words opens up to a puzzle, but I cannot click on any of the this app or any of the icons. I would hate to delete Words and redownload it, as I would lose my progress. I enjoyed this game, but this bug is quite frustrating.

I paid to remove ads and that helped some, BUT to use a hint you have to watch an ad and it is always one of two ads that take a very long time to get you back to the game. For the $10 I paid to have no ads I expected no ads… kind of misleading in my opinion. Especially for $10! That is steep for a game.

Thoroughly enjoy the game itself though. Get the ads under control and stars go to 5.

This game is fun and challenging. There are errors in accuracy with some of the levels. I had to delete and reinstall this game because it kept repeatedly flickering and giving a “no internet connection “ warning. This was so annoying. I would close Words , to try to solve the problems with flickering and “Internet@ that way. Unfortunately that did not work, so I reinstalled the game and the same issues are happening. I hope it gets fixed.

This just seems to be an ad delivery app, which I wouldn’t mind if the game was worth playing but it’s just too darn easy I mean, at least the New York Times version makes you think a little bit .this game is so easy you just fly through it even advancing through the various levels. Then, as I read the reviews about all the technical glitches, I don’t have any desire to persevere, probably gonna delete Words .

I love this game! I’ve been playing it for a couple months now. I love having puzzle games that have daily challenges I can do everyday. But after the most recent update, there’s no more daily challenges?! Please fix this! I’m devastated! I really don’t want to have to find another app like this and delete this one. I only use it for the daily challenges. Please bring them back I’m begging you!!!

I have enjoyed The NY Times version and wanted to play more. Words is not bad. Yes, there are long ads between levels which why I’m not giving it 5 stars. I think I was at level 29 before I hit a puzzle where I used a “Mistake”. Level 40 is where I encountered puzzles that I used more than one Mistake or had to replay the level. I’m through level 60 after a couple of hours and there have been maybe a half-dozen stumpers. If you are not good at these games then I can understand the frustration of watching a video between levels, to replay a level, or to buy a hint which may not help. A few minutes with a dictionary or Wikipedia will help solve most puzzles. If you are good at these puzzles then you will hone your playing skills which is what I was looking for.

I do enjoy Words! I have been playing for about 2 months. I paid so I didn’t have to watch ads. I do like the daily challenge update. They are super difficult, which I like very much.
However, since an update (maybe 5 days ago?) my background is now black (used to be white, which I prefer) the shuffle button is now gone, Words constantly flickers every 30-40 seconds and a no internet popup pops up just as often. It happens even when I turn off my WIFI. All are super annoying!!! None of these things happened with the white background! Could it be cuz I paid for no ads? Please try to improve.

Like many others, I am loving the game but suddenly can’t select anything. What the heck is going on? So frustrating. Feels a little odd to have to fill out a form to get help (as I’ve read others have had to do), unless you are trying to collect data to determine operating system…please please fix as soon as possible! Cheers 🎉

I like the NYT games so I thought this would be fun. It’s still glitchy—freezes up and multiple restarts are needed to finally unfreeze. I appreciate the hints option but I’m stuck on a level and can’t move. Thinking of abandoning the game. Would it be possible to add a skip a game option that would still give you a game for that level. I’m really frustrated and can’t move on.

I am enjoying game , just started playing today. It doesn’t tell you levels, but I’m guessing I’m on 20-25 . Starting to get harder.
The only comment I have is that there is a rating system , easy, normal, hard , tricky. But I had one that the answer was “phone companies in China” or something like that. It was rated “normal” , since I live in the US it was “tricky” for me! It’s just little things like that , that you will encounter. Might not make much difference to game play.

I love this game, it really makes me think and has never given me problems. Only thing is I’ve unfortunately beat all the levels! :( Will definitely be back to play more levels if they ever add any. And for all the reviews saying there’s too many ads, put your device on airplane mode! Endless game play with NO ads. You’re welcome :)

Love this game and learning new vocab in the process and just the whole process of trying to figure out what this app are connected and how they form a group is the most fun you can have on your phone! Even my kids love playing!

Game is great but last update changed background to black and there is no way to change it.

Far worse is that now every 3-5 seconds I get a pop up saying I have lost my internet connection. This happens during gameplay but not ads!! My connection is fine. It is impossible to play at this point.

I am going to stop playing for now and wait to see if an update fixes it because I really enjoy the game.

I love this game. I paid to remove ads. It was perfect, then you changed it. The colors changed, the recap of the game changed. Then I got used to it and it changed BACK! Then I got reacclimated to the old way and it changed AGAIN! If I hadn’t already paid to remove ads, I would delete Words. For the love of God, pick a layout and stick to it. And bonus points if the colors on the recap match the colors in the game.

I love this game but almost stopped playing it when you pushed the upgrade. The black background was difficult for me to work with and the “bullseye” feedback wasn’t helpful. I popped back on today to see the settings were back to before the “upgrade”. Was so happy to see it back to white screen and rectangle feedback. Please Please Please keep it this way <3

Playing since November 23. Paid to have ads removed. Game stopped working last few days…so I had to uninstall and start over. Worth the lose of levels just to play again. Still working after a few days…love this game.

I have been playing this game for a little while and got a message that I have completed all available levels. I have been waiting for new levels to be added but nothing has happened. Are there more levels? It's a very interesting game but it didn't take long to complete it. Now what ?

I just started this game tonight, only a couple of times and I have been asked after each game to give a review. The game is pretty fun and I will definitely continue to play, but for goodness sakes, let a person get a real feel for something before repeatedly asking them for a review.

I’m really enjoying this game, and ended up purchasing the as-free version which is completely worth it in my opinion. (Just for context, it’s the only game I have done this in.). I’ve had no real issues with the game. At one point it seemed to be using a lot of battery, but not now.

It’s a fun thinking game. Often you’ll find a red herring —a word that could fit into more than one category. It can be frustrating, but understandable. I have never felt the solutions were incorrect. The only ones I groan at are when there are lots of acronyms or chemical abbreviations, but it’s really no big deal because the level can be replayed, and I usually learn a little something in the process. This is a game I happily recommend.

Giving 5 stars because it’s actually the game from the ads, and I’ve tried to download other games that advertise the same gameplay so it’s nice to finally find the real thing. I paid for ad free which was totally worth it, but now I’ve beaten it and want more! 817 levels is more than worth it for the paid version though.

Love this, but I just finished the section where it said ptsd was a mental disorder. That is not true. PTSD is a brain injury that was caused by so much trauma that your brain cannot cope. I know this because I live with it. At my psych evaluation my doctor never said I had mental illness, he just said that it was normal for my brain considering what I’d been through. For those who suffer with this injury, it is important that there be a distinction. When I have a flashback or just talk about it, my brain cannot cope and will shut down. It doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. Have mercy on us, we suffer with an invisible injury.

This word association game is over the top for sure and the fact is I don’t think anyone has ever been able enough to make a game like this with the same level of detail and depth as this one so I think it would make sense to have it as a way for people who are interested in playing it more often than others to get a chance to experience it in real life and see if they can play it with their friends and then see what happens with the game as a way of making them feel more comfortable with it and having fun and learning to do things with their own style and being able to be in a different style of play
