*****I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and not only did I lose all of my progress and had to start at the beginning, it froze again. It is not worth playing if the issue can’t be resolved. I am not certain what form you are asking me to fill out. Thank you. I have been playing for less than a week and I love it. I reached level 33 today and the board does NOT allow me to play. Is there a problem With the game or do I have to do something to continue to play! Please help!
WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FORM?? The only thing I see is contact is! There is no form available!
ADS ARE INSANE EVEN WITH PAID VERSION

Good game but after paying 10$ for game w/out forced ads it becomes very difficult to get thru levels without watching the same Save The King game ads over and over. I got to Level 121 because I am very good at the game, and still was inundated with ads. I can’t imagine a less experienced or capable player not going nuts with the magnitude and long duration of redundant ads. Why not charge more for the game and dump the stupid ads? Well, you got my 10 bucks but you lost my business.

First, you’ll pay a ridiculous amount of money for the privilege to not be tortured by unwanted commercials. Secondly, there is no avenue to earn points to help you with the game; you’re forced to watch a video to earn 5 (free?) points (which you’ve just paid to NOT do!) and/or spend more cash to buy hints. And trust me, you are going to need a lot of hints! I can’t figure out who the target demographic this game is intended; teenagers who play video games all day and know every single character of those games and every single character in Marvel movies? Post graduate chemical students? PhD’s in geology? I’m a well read adult, have traveled extensively and have a slightly better-than- average IQ, but most of the ‘Words’ in the categories of this game are so obscure that you’ll spend better than half your time looking up information and therefore the other half of your time not playing the game at all and all of your time being frustrated! And that’s too bad because I’m a fan of the Time’s Connection game and was really looking forward to playing this game. If you are some kind of genius or have retained everything you’ve ever read or learned no matter how trivial, than by all means get this game; even so, you’ll be challenged. As for the rest of us, save your money and DO NOT purchase this game.
