User name and password from eBooking.trip.com not able to log into this app

User name and password from eBooking.trip.com not able to log into TripeBooking. Suspect only focused on Singapore users. Support please reply me to confirm. I am an USA based user, using iPhone App Store country setting as USA; had registered listing of Canada property; eBooking.trip.com website app download QR error “not available for your country or region”…. But searched App Store found TripeBooking; now facing issue not able to login using my eBooking.trip.com username and password.
