This is the most frustrating app I’ve come across. I paid for a product through Telebirr, but ChipChip shows that I selected cash on delivery. How long do I have to wait for a simple product to be delivered? When I try to call the contact number provided on ChipChip , it’s switched off. The stupidest app ever. If there was half a star I would definitely gave that unfortunately Google won’t allow that.

First thank you for providing a platform that caters to individuals who find it challenging to visit physical marketplaces at our convenience. However, I must address a crucial issue I encountered during the sign-up process. After inputting my phone number, name, password, and referral code, I received a verification code for my this app. However, upon entering the code, ChipChip repeatedly displayed an error message, preventing me from proceeding any further. Disappointingly, this issue was not unique to me, as three other friends of mine encountered the same problem. Overall, this technical glitch in the sign-up process severely hindered my initial experience with ChipChip .
