Yesway & Allsup’s Rewards Reviews

I have tried several times to open YeswayAllsupsRewards. Says it sent a message to activate. NO TEXT!!! Have sent several support messages with no response. Please help! I can take my business else where.

They made it so you can only pump 30 gallons per transaction when using the rewards, so I’d have to run my card 4 times to fill my truck up. I won’t be using this anymore and will use a different gas station and rewards.

Don’t like the new rewards system over the old one. But I do want to say the store in Mineral Wells is always clean and clean bathrooms with friendly staff. The store in town the store south of town and the store in Cool or as y’all call it Millsap are always clean. But I write this today because the store on the west side of town is always dirty and nasty inside the store and the bathrooms are trouble. The staff is always standing around on their phones and always out of bags of ice and not as friendly as the other stores. Today I needed a bag of ice and was told they were out I asked if they could bag me a bag and she ( name Goergia) said they wasn’t supposed to unless they were full staffed. There was 3 standing around doing nothing. This store is more convenient but I stopped going there because it is always nasty and rude staff.

Miss the card .. trying to enter your phone number in the receiver, with customers behind you, who are also in a hurry… just doesn’t always work. I generally skip the ID if there are folks behind me. Make the card an option..

You get points for just shopping there. Fuel discounts. Free soda’s now and then. It is very interactive. But it does have its glitches.

We constantly use Allsups and the rewards system has been amazing! It’s saved us a ton especially on gas. It’s super easy to use and earn rewards.

App is a convenient way to get those world famous guy bombs in the middle of your shift! Only thing I would change is expand the menu some. Great app

I work for Allsup’s. I am proud to work for Allsup’s. I have always stopped at Allsup’s for 30 years.
The rewards program is great and is improved due to just Phone Number used. Great idea on starting that procedure

This store has the friendliest staff and is always so clean. I always stop here after my grocery shopping. I don't live in town or I would come more often.

This was my first stop at an Allsup. The “store” was very clean and the two clerks were super friendly. I will now look for Allsup’s along my travels and stop in.

BTW - this is the first review that I’ve ever submitted for a “convenience” store but had a great experience and wanted to share.

We have Yesway where I am, and recently changed to this new app, I like being able to log in with phone number, miss having them scan my QR code
