2 months agoI caint redeem any points app doesn't work for me I have emailed several times no reply. Every time I try to use app it says something went wrong try again later. So frustrating

They reduced the rewards
On the old app I had 17 points saved up which was good for 17 chocolate bars/coffee/bread etc. after transferring to the new one they’re only good for 9 of the same items.

New app, same program (mostly)
We have Yesway where I am, and recently changed to this new app, I like being able to log in with phone number, miss having them scan my QR code
