I can’t log in at all. I click on the email verification and it takes me to bswift …which in turn sends me to a request an email verification link. I virtual circle that I’ve completed a dozen times now and still have not gotten into bswift .

Impossible to login. It’s always in the loop of email verification. Clicking on the verification link will take you directly back to resend the verification email. Has anyone tested bswift before making it available?

The iPad app is just a blown-up iPhone app that doesn’t support landscape mode. Garbage. bswift is just plain ugly too. Everything you can do on bswift you can do much better on the website anyway. Why did they even bother putting in the time and money to develop an app when they clearly had no intention of offering it as a useful experience? Never deleted an app so fast.

Why can’t I just login simply with my employee id number? Email login and then the route through firebase app does not work 100% of the time. No need for developer to reply to contact us, I’m deleting app forever.

Logging in should not be this complicated. From the previous reviews it seems like they enhanced something to make it easier but it seems as if it’s not working appropriately or just too complicated. Either way I’d rather just use an id and password. It seems as if now there’s not a point of me having bswift …

Like many other users ive tried to login multiple times and met with the same error that will not let me even get into bswift . The older app seemed a little more dated and clunky but at least it worked. Should have never switched over to a newer app.

The login process is beyond difficult. I'm not sure if it's a glitch, but I have been trying for over 30 minutes just to get in bswift & it physically won't let you go any further than the email verification. It claims there are "instructions" in the email, but the only thing the email says is to click the link, which then takes you to bswift store, so you open bswift & it says you need to verify by email & cannot make it past that. Beyond frustrating

I really like the biometric/Face ID and that it doesn’t require that I remember my user name or password to access bswift . In addition, I like the ability to upload mu ID card since I don’t always care it with me.

Love it because its much easier to get in!

Good upgrade. Kudos to the developers for integrating biometric login and other basics that make it so much easier to use.

Benefits information at your fingertips

It has everything I need at my fingertips for all of my families health insurance benefits and coverages. No need to have a wallet full of ID cards.

All of my benefits information is readily available and I can even access my ID cards!

I am at the eye doctor and was able to verify my coverage information using bswift. Now time to get my new glasses!

I have used this app at various companies for 10 years - I now work here and am seeing first hand why the technology and service is first-class!

I love bswift , was very user friendly to navigate and document upload. I like the I can see my actual insurance cards on my profile.

Over all a good app.
