The login process is beyond difficult. I'm not sure if it's a glitch, but I have been trying for over 30 minutes just to get in the app & it physically won't let you go any further than the email verification. It claims there are "instructions" in the email, but the only thing the email says is to click the link, which then takes you to the app store, so you open the app & it says you need to verify by email & cannot make it past that. Beyond frustrating
Blown-Up iPhone App. Waste of Space.

The iPad app is just a blown-up iPhone app that doesn’t support landscape mode. Garbage. The app is just plain ugly too. Everything you can do on the app you can do much better on the website anyway. Why did they even bother putting in the time and money to develop an app when they clearly had no intention of offering it as a useful experience? Never deleted an app so fast.

Logging in should not be this complicated. From the previous reviews it seems like they enhanced something to make it easier but it seems as if it’s not working appropriately or just too complicated. Either way I’d rather just use an id and password. It seems as if now there’s not a point of me having the app…
