Like others here, I was conned into trying ElementWallet on behalf of Coinbase rewards. Do not deposit anything with these frauds. Anything you deposit or stake will become Elements property. I was able to overcome their verification and trying to withdraw simply gives an “unknown error” (I doubt they expected anyone to get that far.) Overall, I’m shocked at the brazen criminality of offering a wallet with staking that simply pockets users money with no recourse available. I guess Coinbase isn’t happy with the class action lawsuits they already have. Get ready to lawyer up, Element!

Failed to let me register, but when I retry it says I can’t use the email because it is attached to an account. Yet when I try to just login it doesn’t work either. And when I click forgot password and send an email, I never get the email. And it is not my email address that is the problem. Terrible experience so far, hope they fix it.

After making my account it sends verification email that never goes through! Plus it don’t let you change your email or do anything at all up to that point.

Doesn’t seem like it was send the verification email. I did all the steps came over from Coinbase to try it out but they’re not sending an email verification..

After filling out all the signup info and accepting the terms and conditions the “continue” button remains disabled.

ElementWallet is too confusing and i put like two dollars in and i just can’t access it like u basically robbed me of my two dollars but whatever

Updates: I uninstalled ElementWallet then had to reinstall. Thankfully I backed up my keys as a photo cause the iCloud backup didn’t save. After importing the passphrase I was able to have a functioning app again. I removed my money. Still not worth the hassle but figured o would update and hope it helps others. You must enter the phrase list with zero returns only a space between the words.

Was part of Coinbase rewards. They no longer have a working app for the last few updates. Clearly a rug pull sponsored by Coinbase. Loosing faith Coinbase..

I went through the steps but I seem to have the same issues as others. It says it sent the verification to my e-mail but nothing. Not even in the spam. Is there anyway to fix this?

Poor user in her face, unreliable, regularly freezes, and not user-friendly whatsoever. Another one of those poor attempted wallets like they’ve been popping up everywhere.

Just as some others have mentioned I also encountered problems with ElementWallet . After upgrades to ElementWallet I was unable to see the balance of my CORE and BTC. I became concerned because I was not even able to claim rewards in the Earn function. What I did is to carefully back up my mnemonic phrases (12 words). These can be obtained from the Settings->Security menu. I wrote them down. Then delete ElementWallet from my phone. Re-installed ElementWallet and logged in using my previously registered email address and password. Then it asked me if I wanted to use FaceID and for a 6 digit PIN. Then it will ask to import an existing account which I selected. I entered the 12 mnemonic phrases that I had backed up. It is important to enter each phrase with a space between each except for the last phrase. Do not use the autocompletion provided by your phone as it gave me problems and froze when I submitted the phrases. Play it safe and enter the phrases yourself and put the space one after the other. After this, ElementWallet appears to be functioning correctly. I was able to see my asset balances correctly and even was able to claim rewards. Hope this helps everyone having problems.

I was able to find ElementWallet thanks to Coinbase. Plus you can stake your BITCOIN !
