The only positive thing is that they answer quickly.
Other than that, it’s another auto-renew scam that they are not being the least clear about when you sign up for it.
I guess this works extra well when your customers have ADHD as well.
If they, as they claim, were actually out to help people, they would not charge money when absolutely nothing has been delivered.
I signed up for the trial, used the app once, decided it wasn’t for me.
Now I just got charged again something like 70 USD for absolutely nothing.
When contacting the company, this is their reply they sure want to keep some of that free money it seems. Refund half? Seriously. Any company with a set of morals would not charge money for absolutely nothing.
