I have tried for days to connect but it’s not doing anything read other people’s reviews and I have tried everything but not connecting and I have very excellent internet service. Don’t recommend this application for anyone it simply doesn’t work.

I just got this and I can’t even get it to connect on HND . The instructions say “click the blue finding button to search WiFi” but HND says the device is disconnected! And there’s absolutely no help in HND or instructions. Glad I only WASTED $9 on this piece of junk!

I did not like it at all it was very laggy and slow that I thought I wasn’t moving so I pushed it forward and then I made my ear bleed cuz of how laggy and slow it was so I definitely do not like this at all the object was a waste

HND worked perfectly the first time now no matter what I do deleting that app trying to update it charging the device it won’t stop freezing HND quits on its own over and over again don’t waste your money on this crap

I understand how to connect and I had it working perfectly. A week later it stopped working.

It blinks, can connect as usual, and stops blinking. It appears connected in WiFi Settings and in HND . But there is no image from the cam.

Is anyone else having this problem?

App and instructions do not match. The iOS instructions include steps that don’t exist. When you go to connect it, you have to manually open WiFi settings as tapping HND only opens its own App setting and the WiFi settings were not in there. From the WiFi screen locate the listing for HDN and tap it to connect. It’s glitchy and the image connection lags quite a bit.

I tried going to the support site but it’s in another language so I’m hoping this is ok. I have been able to connect the device via WiFi and got this to work once before. But now when I open HND and click start, I do not see a camera view. It is only a white screen with the normal options at the bottom. How do I get it to show the camera image? I would be happy to send a screenshot if you would like. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I tried to pair this ear camera with my phone through wifi like the instructions say. I connected my phone to the device, at first I didn’t give it permission to gather data about other devices in my network, and HND wasn’t working. Then I tried to delete and re-download HND and this time give it access to gather data about other devices in my network, and it still did not work. By “not working” I mean I went to HND after I connect my phone to the device via wifi and it just keeps flipping between the home page of HND and what I’m guessing is the camera page. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded HND , hit forgot network, tried to turn it off and pair it with my phone about 5 times now, and it is still not working. I am super disappointed as I was very excited to try this out. Now I’m probably just going to end up returning it. Probably gonna delete Temu too while I’m at it

It is a little confusing connecting to the device. It accesses through wi Fi not Bluetooth. As long as they are not spying on me it’s a nice product.

Instructions not clear. I kept trying to find it under Bluetooth but my phone wouldn’t find the device. You have to open your WiFi settings in your phone to find the HNDEC network and connect to that. Network is an unsecure network. Then it works.

If you’re here because you couldn’t figure it out, let me help you! So you’re not setting anything up on the actual app or Bluetooth but WIFI. Go to your settings, then WIFI not Bluetooth! Once you’re there press and hold the ear pick, then it will show on WiFi “this app-NEX-#####” (example) as WiFi name press it and that should work once you go back to HND .

It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to connect it because I miss read the instructions. It did say connect to the Wi-Fi of the device but for some reason I thought it was Bluetooth. Once I got the device connected it was smooth sailing. The image was clear, bright light, and nice length. The only problem I had was the green tip covers were not as expandable as it thought. I went to slide one green tip cover on and it tore easily in half before it covered the entire tip.

Lags a bit. Like, 6 second still image, then another six. Sometimes it will play video just fine, but rarely. Still cool, but patience is needed.

For those who say HND doesn’t work they are doing user error.. if you go down and read the 5 start review below it tells you that when you turn the stick on click start on HND then it takes you to your wifi. Make sure you are on the wifi that starts with this app….. then the picture will pop up on HND .

Step 1: turn on your device (should start flashing white)
Step 2: go to your wifi setting and connect to HNDEC…
Step 3: open HND and allow it to use your network etc
Step 4: enjoy cleaning the gunk from ur ears 🙌

The instructions are not the same, but come on, it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. It works well. The only improvement I can think of is the lighting. It can be a bit brighter. Other than that, 5/5 👍

First HND was hard to get working. I figured out that you just turn it on and go straight to your Wi-Fi settings and find the network that starts this app, you connect to that one and go back to HND . It starts working right away. The first time I used it. It was super glitchy. So I closed out HND and then opened it up again and it worked perfectly!!! Good luck everyone else. Hopefully you read my review instead of following the instructions.

The instructions are a bit confusing to understand but after a few minutes I pretty much understood what they were telling me. Overall a pretty good product I was able to see inside my ear. The camera is a bit hard to maneuver to get to see all the way inside my ear but after a few tries I was able to get it. Love this product. ❤️

Download HND

Turn the device on and hold 3 seconds until the button’s blue light flashes continually

It creates a wifi connection

Go into your wifi settings and look for an available connection that will look something like “HNDEC-XXXXX”

Select to join that network

Go back into HND and the camera should be showing.

I was at first going to believe the 1 star reviews but I went to see the 5 star reviews and found out the 1 star reviews were from people who either had poor Wifi or can’t follow directions. 😂.

I had to download HND then connect to the this app Wifi and then go back to HND to SEE what was happening. The camera works fine could see all the gunk in my ears. And because I have great cellphone service and Wifi there was NO glitching.

HND is great the device is great 5 star review from a mother and a wife in Los Angeles, CA! November 2023!

So turns out you have to connect to a different WIFI so your thing can work! And then try to press start again to get it to work. I hope this helps.

It is so easy to use turn the device on then go to your WiFi settings and connect. That simple.

1. Turn on stick (hold power for a few seconds until blue light steadily flashes)
2. Open app & click start & it takes you to your settings control to allow local network (one time setting)
3. Go to phone settings to WiFi & search for this app********* & connect to it (the stick broadcast the picture on 2.4 GHz WiFi signal)

Note: HND doesn’t connect to your WiFi network. The stick broadcasts a WiFi signal that you connect to with your phone so HND can see what the stick sees.
