My Wireless Visual Earpick arrived today and I'm trying to connect it to my iPhone. HND Software for iPhone does not work. I am connected to my wifi but the app just does not connect to the "Wireless Visual Earpick". I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max running IOS 18.3.1 Your YouTube video instructions do not match what the software is doing. There is no "Connect" button. It just says "disconnected". The button that is there just takes me to my network settings which I am already connected to. Where are your real instructions that actually work ???
Stopped working

I understand how to connect and I had it working perfectly. A week later it stopped working.
It blinks, can connect as usual, and stops blinking. It appears connected in WiFi Settings and in the app. But there is no image from the cam.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Horrible app

This app worked perfectly the first time now no matter what I do deleting that app trying to update it charging the device it won’t stop freezing the app quits on its own over and over again don’t waste your money on this crap
