The new App as well as the new website are a total disaster. Nothing works. And since all the clients call client support for help, the service is totally saturated and you cannot get an operator. I have tried for 2 days without success.

Lamentablemente lo que funcionaba bien dejó de funcionar. Creo que no se prepararon bien para este cambio. El app no reconoce mi usuario o clave y me bloquea a cada rato. Sólo puedo entrar, desbloquear y hacer transacciones desde la computadora.
Para la cuenta Business no he podido hacer nada. El QRcode que envian para proseguir en el set up dice que es invalido. Espero que corrijan pronto ! Es lamentable que ocurran cosas como estas en este tiempo de tantos avances tecnológicos

Amerant never works properly

Cannot recognized my face; this happening since the last online banking and yet it’s not working; when try to open for the first time Amerant it closes and have to make it all over again

La aplicación después de múltiples intentos para tratar de instalarla, decir que es un desastre es poco. No sirve para nada solo para ver mis cuentas y transferir entre ella para mas nada. No tengo la opción de Zelle. No puedo configurar nada. Ni la tarjeta de debito es un total desastre. Gracias amaranto por hacernos la vida financiera un desastre.

Para cuentas internacionales no dejaron opción para registrar números telefónicos +58, establecieron las compañías telefónicas por defecto en USA, a pesar de tener registrados email y celular estos no son reconocidos en el módulo de Zelle. App Downgrade! Los clientes somos los grandes perjudicados, brinden soluciones pronto

Despues de 10 años usando la app sin ningun problema, ahora se les ocurrio hacer un nuevo loggin a traves de la pagina y se volvio UN DSASTRE!!🤦🏻‍♂️, ya la n no funciona, me envian un email con unos pasos que no son correctos, al verificar mis datoa de cuenta da error, me bloquearon la clave, al recuperar la clave no reconoce mis documentos bancarios y ahora intento llamar y y el servicio en español no detecta la voz ( español) y eso si me cae la llamada, porque esta saturadas las lineas de tanta gente pasando lo mismo que yo. UN TOTAL DESASTRE Y NECESITO HACER PAGOS Y NO PUEDO!! Gracias this app!!👍👍

What change something that worked? The new app is always glitching.. it accepts my password only when it wants, I always have to end up logging in on my computer. When will you fix this?

Amerant since it was updated it has only given me problems with continued updates and multiple downloads needed plus lengthy verification process. Not at all satisfied

After installing this new app, I am having a lot of troubles, first I had to try many tomes to get the codes sent by sms, later I had problems with Zelle, impossible to set up. There is also zero inof about my debit card, by the way I just got a rejection of payment doing a purchase online, I dont know if its related. Finally it all looks like a downgrade. Very bad experience.

App stops Face ID opening after a while, needs to be constantly removed and reinstalled.

After recent update, I’m not able to use face recognition and I have an old bellsouth.net email address that it does not recognize as a valid email. Everything was working well until the recent update.

Amerant is closing/breaking when using face id to login, so I always had to use the password.

Application is crushing a lot of times, unable to use Face ID.

New App looks legit and probably one of the best financial apps I’ve seen around. One constructive feedback is being able to import directly code sent via two step verification into Amerant .
