The old app was better. Previously there was smooth transitioning and there was more detail and available options. The old app used to show the price increase and decrease with each and every single transaction, while showing your total amount adjustment. This application just feels like a knock off brand that could be hacked from a third party vendor at any time.

I have my credentials input correctly, at first it would let me login with no issues but now the login screen just loads and loads to no avail.

I’m constantly having to force close FirstFarmersBankandTrust and reopen it for some things to work correctly. Transactions aren’t updating correctly either. Keeps saying last updated 2 days ago even after logging out and force closing. App is garbage, plus the “downgrade” caused all of my third party apps using Plaid to disconnect. The only thing I was hoping for after the supposed upgrade was faster direct deposits (I.e. a day early). I’m literally one of the last people that actually see my paycheck at my work. This bank could really use some turnaround to compete with others who have more enhanced and enticing features.

I'm switching banks at the moment, and FirstFarmersBankandTrust is a major reason why. The old app worked fine, First Farmers made a big deal about the network and app switch but it made no difference. One major thing is that there is no way to be notified of purchases that are made, as well as being notified of your account going negative. Which can cause some harsh overdraft fees if you only have a checking account or if it doesn't pull from your savings. Compared to other banking apps it doesn't feel like a modern app at all.

new app is ok, logging in is stable finally. still think improvement can be made but it’s a process

Love the new layouts, the new financial management tools, and the ability to do everything on FirstFarmersBankandTrust that I can do on my computer!
