I’m totally unimpressed with not just FarmersNatBankCanfield , but the bank in general. I can’t access FarmersNatBankCanfield. I’ve tried three times to enroll and it keeps telling me there’s an error. It so frustrating. This is a business account, and I need to be able to check it regularly, no matter where I am. It took THREE weeks to get set up on the computer, and I still can’t do everything I need. People rarely answer the phone support, and it takes nearly week every time I email support for a response. 1 star for the all I can’t even access, and 1 star for the customer support. I’m looking into another bank today.

I am unable to even use FarmersNatBankCanfield because the enrollment process fails every time I attempt to select security questions. Also, the security questions are awful! Why would they ask for my sister’s current age as if that is some type of unchanging fact? And then not even let me input a response. The answer to 3/4 of my security questions would have been “none of the above”. Awful app to accompany the awful customer support from the people at farmers.

FarmersNatBankCanfield needs work. I just need notified once about a transaction but it’s useless without knowing the amount of the transaction. May switch banks. Adding to this; no response? We wife has Consumers account with app. It tells you the amount. That would be much better. Please update. Thank you. Months later…. Still no response. App is a complete joke. Don’t waste your time with the notifications part.

FarmersNatBankCanfield is missing some really key functions and features, so I honestly only use it for checking my balance and go online through my browser for all my actual online banking. Tonight neither FarmersNatBankCanfield nor the site is allowing me to log in. So frustrating!

This new app is horrible. I try to mobile deposit checks it just keeping telling me something went wrong to call. I call they say it shouldn’t be a problem but I can’t I even put FarmersNatBankCanfield on a different phone and tried and I still can’t. They need to fix the issues the last one I had no problems with.

FarmersNatBankCanfield is even worse than the previous one. I can no longer schedule repeat transfers. The update app has even less functionality than the old one. Way to go, you’ve just made the decision to find a new bank an easier one.

Before this update, I never had any login issues. I DO NOW!! Almost every week I am calling so they can unlock my passcode. In fact, I have to call tomorrow. You broke what was fixed and the customers are paying for it. Has been nothing but a huge inconvenience!

Had no problems with the old app. Now with this new one, I can’t even log in. States it needs to verify identity? If nothing has changed on my end, why won’t it work? Can’t see balances to pay bills! Absolutely horrible app!!! I miss the old one!!

Same app as last one pretty much but I can’t schedule internal transfers between my account to a loan under farmers monthly. On the previous app I was able to do so. If this is fixed I would say 5 stars.

Sad to see the notes feature disappear when transferring between accounts. Also sad to have to enter a long password when opening FarmersNatBankCanfield instead of a passcode.

Not as user friendly as previous versions. I liked being able to get into FarmersNatBankCanfield quickly with a 4-digit pin.

Hate FarmersNatBankCanfield can never get logged in then i switch my password and have to validate answers and they say it’s wrong . Just about to change banks all together because of FarmersNatBankCanfield

Can’t log into my account. Even tried opening a new a new one Nothing works. What’s the point of changing to a new app if you can’t get into it

Says I need iOS 13.0 but if you don’t have it you can use a older version. That doesn’t seem to be true for me.

I tried logging in many times and I literally couldn’t see my balance on my account.

This version of FarmersNatBankCanfield is terrible. All my information is right and it won’t let me log in

Should bring the old app back so I can use it.
