Doesn’t work
Just purchased Rescue . I wanted to recover some deleted images of my grandkids. Nothing happens. I go to use a deep scan. Nothing happens. I go to the intersection. Nothing happens. Email seem to work. We’ll see if I get a response back from the creators
If I get any kind of response, I’ll revisit this review otherwise don’t waste your money

This application is excellent garbage, it doesn't work at all, it's just an easy way to steal easy money.
We should not have to pay to get our pictures back.
They make you pay for a subscription first before u can do anything. Then after you pay for the subscription they tell you deleted files can not be found. Don’t waste your time
Couldn’t recover the photos on iPad because “FaceId for photos had to be disabled”. But my iPad doesn’t even have FaceID.
Tried using on iPhone, but even after the purchase was restored, it prompted me to pay for another subscription.
What a scam.
This is a scam. The photo recovery only works after you sign up for their paid membership, meaning whatever files you deleted before this they will not be able to recover because the way this works is that after you sign up for their paid membership, they make a backup of your files, so whatever you delete they keep a copy.
They do not tell this beforehand and they know this is a shady practice but they are in it for a quick buck.

This is a complete joke!!! Not one photo recovered from a 2 year old phone!!! Waste your money if you want to but this is a SCAM!
Rescue is garbage, I recovers files I already have on my phone. Emailed customer service or support multiple times no response. Getting this garbage at your own risk. Deep scan said 3-5 days it’s been going for for 2 weeks still no result.
If you are interested in “recovering” images you have not deleted, this is a great tool. I think it just creates a back up of your phone photographs at some point in time, and after that if you delete something, you can get it back. So it’s basically a photograph archiving tool that you pay a subscription for.
