This app is garbage, I recovers files I already have on my phone. Emailed customer service or support multiple times no response. Getting this garbage at your own risk. Deep scan said 3-5 days it’s been going for for 2 weeks still no result.

This is a scam. The photo recovery only works after you sign up for their paid membership, meaning whatever files you deleted before this they will not be able to recover because the way this works is that after you sign up for their paid membership, they make a backup of your files, so whatever you delete they keep a copy.
They do not tell this beforehand and they know this is a shady practice but they are in it for a quick buck.
