I have not received a card, made a payment for the fee. Numerous attempts to contact using several phone numbers. Your WE CARE motto - false. If it was true - there would be an option to speak with someone. I have tried 6 times to get assistance regarding where my card is or when will it be mailed. Used it once and then denied a refund of the annual fee of $59 after being a customer for less than a month. Fraudulent charges made the card unusable. When customer service phone number recording says "This is a credit reporting agency. Anything said can be used to collect a debt." You've just been scammed! Do not recommend.

Having to input your user name and password each time you want to log into the application in this day in age is absolutely unacceptable. No remember me feature etc. This needs to be made more user friendly when logging into the application along with adding the biometrics features that almost every financial institute known to man has incorporated. Let’s work smarter not harder!
