I have this app earbuds and wanted to tweak the audio. JLab has no option to recognize my earbuds, they are already connected and won’t recognize them and the only thing that works is the shop so they can sell you more earbuds. They made sure the store front worked but absolutely no basic functionality for what would be helpful for the product you already gave them money for. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all and this is the icing on the cake.

I genuinely don’t know what everyone else is talking about saying JLab doesn’t work, my earbuds connected on the first try and all the settings were easily adjustable. Great app!

Got my ear buds today and JLab came in handy to customize my presets for touch controls

Pure junk… plain and simple.

I love JLab! There are a lot of people complaining it doesn’t work but that’s because they can’t read and/or don’t pay attention. As long as your product works with JLab it’s amazing.

Easy to pair, awesome way to customize your sound eq, and fast performance.

I even changed the name of my product on JLab and the same name showed up on every other device! A subtle feature that was cool to see and shows that this app thinks of everything!

Continuing to sell your products without fixing your apps is just downright fraudulent. How can a company of this size create not one, but TWO apps that don’t work with the hardware they’ve developed? You know there are literally thousands of coders and programmers available in the job market to help you with these exact issues, right? Quite frankly I’m a little upset with Apple for allowing such unfinished, inoperable dreck to take up space in their store. this app buds are fine, but don’t advertise them as a “pErSoNaLiZeD aUdIo ExPeRiEnCe” if the personalization software DOESN’T WORK

The quality of the sound and product is fair however JLab is a fraud. Downloaded both apps and they don’t work. Step your game up this app

Love that pith left and right touch controls are fully customizable and can adjust to my preference.

Unlike all the negative reviews, the description DESCRIBES WHICH PRODUCTS IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH! All the one stars are from people with non-compatible products.

this app earbuds are great out of the box, but JLab lets you customize the controls to your liking.

You can choose how many times it takes to adjust volume fast, forward tracks, etc.

I’ve loved using JLab for my JBuds mini earbuds. For a $39 product it’s crazy to be able to adjust EQ Settings, pass through and even set decibel levels.

Downloaded both this app apps, neither will connect to device despite being connected on Bluetooth. I want to customize the sound but I guess I’ll just have to tap 3x to change to one of the 3 options instead of having option to customize. I paid $20 for them so I’ll keep them, DESPITE JLab being absolutely misleading and pointless.

I didn’t know what to expect but I have to say I’m not disappointed. The sound control is great and now I can adjust everything I need to. Good job this app.

I only have the this app Go Air Pop earbuds and they aren’t compatible with JLab which is insane. I mean audio in the earbuds are great but I wanted to customize the audio input and can’t because my this app isn’t in JLab 👎👎 why have an app for this brand and not include all of the ear buds I’m not buying new ones just for this

i tried to connect my this app JBuds ANC and when i click that i was trying to connect them it said scanning then it popped up the instructions to connect it which i already did and nothing happened it just kept bringing me back to the connection step that i already did

I’ve tried forever. I’ve watched every video I can, clicked every FAQ link and there’s no way to connect the earbuds to JLab . Don’t waste your storage space on this. The earbuds themselves are amazing, but don’t advertise an app that doesn't even do anything.

I wanted to use it on my this app go air pops but i didnt find them so please add them

Well the earbuds work great but they don’t connect to the this app app to be able to fully customize sound my earbuds are Jbuds Air ANC 1st Gen I believe and the only ones there is the 2nd gen so please help and fix this PLEASE!!!!!

I like the IDEA of JLab but not all the earbuds sold by the company are on JLab . For example the this app Sport buds (just the regular ones) aren’t on there.

It would be a good app if they added all the products to JLab .

Seems good but they didn’t have JLab accessibility for my earbuds (go air pop) which is stupid because why can JLab work for some earbuds but not mine; stupid.

It does NOT work at all every time I’ve connected them to my phone and then I’ll go back to app and it doesn’t recognize I’ve connected them and plus your videos are outdated

It’s a nice app to control my headphones with and it works very well. I was wishing it had a widget option so the controls are right on the home screen. I hope to see this option within the next few updates.

Please make it so that I don’t have to turn on “be aware” every time I use the earbuds! They should remember my settings from previous use. It would be even better if I could turn on “be aware” with touch controls. I use my earbuds at work and like to be aware of my surroundings while listening to podcasts.

I got JLab thinking it would have support for my headphones, the Studio Pro. I feel misled, as the headphones section's thumbnail is the Studio Pro, but JLab has no support for it. Only thing that works is the shop, so you can buy more products. 3/10, misleading and money hungry.

Just as it sounds. Opened JLab with my earbuds connected, registered them, clicked on the “earbuds” option then clicked my specific earbuds and the screen is stuck. Doesn’t do anything. I’ve been hearing awful things about JLab and these earbuds too. Regret this purchase. They don’t even charge properly.

I got the headphones today and it connected to my phone just fine but won’t connect to JLab so I can adjust transparency and sound

Can’t set left JBud Mini touch on hold functionality to None. It always needs a value instead of Null/None. Please fix because the JBud Mini is too touch sensitivity and I would like to set it to none.

I feel like JLab is nice for such cheap earbuds. I don’t know why so many people are complaining.

Don’t buy because it will not connect to any of your earbuds no matter what you do with it. Very bad app and I don’t suggest even buying the earbuds because unless you can get JLab working your earbuds will have unfixable bugs that are extremely annoying.

I agree with the other reviews that say it's fraudulent. it says it was updated three days ago and it still doesn't have any of the audio settings and preferences the website, literature, and JLab preview shows!

it has very little functionality other than leading you back to you their website to shop for more products.

the pairing function is mostly redundant, since iphone automatically detects Bluetooth devices

when i press ‘earbuds’ to connect to my this app/JBUDS GO AIR POP it didn’t show at all it only showed ‘JBUDS AIR SPORT GEN 3’, ‘JBUDS AIR ANC GEN 2’, ‘JBUDS AIR PRO’, ‘JBUDS AIR PRO ANC’, ‘EPIC AIR SPORTS ANC GEN 2’, and ‘EPIC AIR ANC GEN 2’

none of then looked alike, it was shorter, designed differently (of course) and inside did not look alike, i would like to update my headphones if it did need to. please fix this

Never got past the pair airbuds stage. None of the screens above are viewable. I click on the airbuds that I have and nothing happens after that.
Bummer.

I have the gen 2 not the first gen, JLab wont recognize them at all. I unpaired them, paired them back as JLab tells me to do so, and nothing. App is under developed

JLab won’t recognize my earbuds so that I could use it to tweak the audio highly disappointing

I tried connecting my jbuds air pop but when I clicked on them to pair it would give me the scanning option.

Despite JLab being recommended in the manual, this model not supported. I rarely give low ratings, but JLab is entirely useless for me.

Finds the headphones and was able to update firmware on iOS with no issue. Have been able to set a detailed custom EQ and remap the touch controls to my liking. All working well and has allowed me to make these sound natural and makes them a great value. JLab is essential for them, especially the EQ, which is critical for me.

I received the JBL Vibe Beam and was going to connect them to JLab , but the Vibe Beam isn’t an option even though the setup in the manual says you can. Hope this is changed soon. Love JLab with my JBud Air Gen2 earbuds.

JLab doesn’t work at all. Been stuck at the “connect your device” page for over 20 minutes. The reviews don’t lie. Developers only respond to positive messages and don’t fix any genuine issues.

When it comes to the headphones there is only one option

I have the this app mini’s and I can see that they are on JLab , and even though they are connected to my phone and working, JLab doesn’t seem to register that they are connected at all. I can see based on other reviews that I am not alone.

App seems great so far so I hope this can be worked out and fixed!

I have my earbuds connect to my phone while JLab says to connect your earbuds to your phone, I literally cannot use JLab and I just want to change the stupid button presses they choose to use as the default, because it’s stupid that one side does much better than the other side with the button presses

I used to use Jlsb Jbuds Air ANC, and recently I switched to using the Studio Pro ANC headphones. I found that the Studio Pro ANC model does not work with JLab . Please add it.

I have ANC ear bud and it doesn’t work idk if it’s because they don’t have the gen one but I pick the gen 2 cuz it look like the one I have.

There’s no point in making an app, if it won’t support all of your products 🤦🏽‍♂️…

Please put every type of ear buds in JLab

I just spoke to your product support line regarding a recurring (now 6 pairs) problem with your this app JBUDs air ANC gen 2 earbuds. The problem, as I was assured by the support person, is a known defect, cannot be repaired and will receive store “credit” with proof of purchase. That is all well and good, but I stupidly bought 4 additional pairs that have not even been used and I am assured by support will have come to have the same problem. You (this app) need to know that the published fix for this factory reset problem in your website ‘help’ does not work. I have wasted hours of my time assuming you would not intentionally publish a known defective solution to what I know now to be a known defective product. This indicates a morally bankrupt corporate mentality. If your corporation even exists, you should be ashamed to work for it. I have no intention of spending a penny to mail defective products back now totaling $300.

JLab is heavily disappointing. I had received one of the first generation sports earbuds, and they’re not even compatible! All there is are the 3rd generation and the ANC Sport earbuds. I know for a fact through looking through their whole store that there are so many more makes and models of different earbuds and headphones. Please update this fully so it supports every single type of earbuds and headphones. This would make purchasing and using so much better than people returning their headphones for compatible ones or just plainly buying the ones that work. It would help a lot, please take this into consideration.

When will this happen?

I tried to pair my earbuds BY this app and I did what the instructions and it did not work I tried to close my tab I tried everything yet still did not work surprising right JLab is horrible never get if you have jlabs

Hi I have a problem JLab doesn’t work very well what I mean is it doesn’t detect my earbuds even though they are connected

I have gone round and round on JLab. I paired and unpaired my earbuds and the software still doesn’t show them. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to use JLab.

I like the Jalb earbuds. I have the Air and Air mini’s. I probably have six pairs. I bought for the grandkids but they think another is better but come and get mine when visiting because JLabs last longer. I like that so I use JLabs. But, the only issue I have is. If I am not right at my phone and I touch one to adjust or take one out. It calls random people. I use the minis at night and that is so embarrassing. I wish to cut voice assistant off but not sure how. That is my only complaint but is a big one. Otherwise I love this app earbuds. I get twice the length of charge or more than with other very expensive ones. Which I do have and do not use for that reason I wear the minis to bed and still have play when I wake up. Can you please make this to adjust. Thank you.

I have a the mini JBuds, and JLab connected to them right away. I don’t know if they fixed the issues mentioned in previous reviews or not. I did have the ear buds playing music when I started up JLab . They might need to be out of the case to connect to JLab . I do like JLab , it’s simple and easy to navigate.

I have the this app minis and I can see they are in JLab , and even thought they are connected to my phone JLab doesn’t register they were connected at all. I then went on to reach out to this app, they were entirely unhelpful don’t waste your time on JLab.

When are they coming to JLab ?

How can I increase my microphone volume its so hard to find out

Not only does JLab not support the headphones the headphones themselves don’t even work properly, never get this brand they sell janky headphones your better off going with another brand.
